From the moment my friend and I arrived we were very warmly welcomed. Over the weeks period of our stay we became good friends with the management and staff and they were only too delighted to go out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable... and it really was.. all for the right reasons. We loved the whole experience and Antalya was stunning!! Thankyou so very much for everything we'll be back!! X

i travel a lot, expecıally to turkey, so ı know lara area very well,, so i ı base my reveıw solely on the hotel and there staff. firstly ı got there late at nıght and the young man on reception was very nıce and helpful, my room was bıg ı lıked havıng a frıdge, not sure on the wındow vıew as ı overlooked roof tops at the back but ı never stayed ın there that long.. no balcony though.. whıch ı mıssed, pool was clean but both sun beds were broken rıght were you would sit. food was not the best same every mornıng . ı struggled to get a coffee from the lady ın the kıtchen she eıther forgot or couldnt be bothered ı dont know.. bread on the table was left there from who ever sat there before.. cleaners dıdnt empty my bın or top up toılet paper so had to ask.. my bed was changed 1 tıme ı was therr 11 days. ı can not fault the hotel ı found ıt quıte nıce and clean.. all staff on receptıon was nıce ı found,, and helpfull. ı thınk cleaners need to be gıven a chat to.. maybe do a little better,, the kıtchen lady also... but as a whole ı lıked my stay at lorem. 😀

This is one of the worse hotels i ever stayed. From check in till check out what a horrible experience. We had 5 rooms booked through our tour operator and we had 12-15 bags. When we checked in the lady at reception said she is the only person working there at 9 pm. So we had to take all our bags upstairs. The rooms were supposed to be newly refurbished but most of the sockets were hanging of the walls. My sister used one of the sockets to use her hair straightener and it blew up. We informed reception and the lady with glasses showed us attitude and said its not her problem. She communicated with me in English and when i told her about issues she started speaking different language and said she cant speak English. And its not her problem. Mt toilet fell down as soon as i sat on it and that supposed to be brand new as well. Not a word of sorry. I highly recommend no one should stay here. They make tiny plates of breakfast and give you on the table. The guys working at night time are friendly and try to help you. But its a horrible place with rude staff working here.

I have just returned home from Antalya. I stayed at the LOREM HOTEL for 5 nights. Very basic and clean minamilistic lines. But and this is a BIG BUT.....I will not be staying there again. Breakfast was served between 08.00 and 10 .00 a.m.... on a made up plate..... you got what you were given. No choice whatsoever . As I said I was there for 5 nights... not once was my room cleaned... .I bagged up plastic bottles (for recycling) and bagged up the general waste myself. Three members of staff at the small reception desk chatting away, I complained 3 times and still the rubbish and dirty towels were there this morning when I left.. The hotel is supposed to be near the beach... ?? A free transfer is laid on 3 or 4 times daily to and from the beach. But that transfer takes the best part of 30/40 minutes... I have visited Antalya several times but this was my worst experience.

For my first trip to turkey Antalya I was worried what to expect and since the moment of my arrival ALL staff were friendly , attentive and always happy to help . Not to mention all of them make a decent coffee . The MAnager and majority of staff are well English spoken and help any way they can . Couldn’t get enough of the swimming pool. The hotels location is in a perfect place everything within walking distance to the main city and shops . Will deffo return

Daha önce eşimle birlikte bi kaç kez kaldık ***et memnunuz her zaman güler yüzle karşılandık. Bu sefer de çocuklarla beraber geldik, yan yana odalar verdiler sağolsun 🙏🏻 Odalar yeterince geniş ve ***et temiz 👌🏻 Fiyat olarak da makul Bana sorarsa kesinlikle Tavsiye ederim 👍🏻

Ich und meine Frau buchen oft mals Lorem Hotel. Bis jetzt hatten wir immer saubere Zimmer, frische Bettbezüge und Handtücher. Für 50 Euro ist nichts auszusetzen. Ich lese viele Kommentare die Wahrheit nicht entsprechen. Der Manager ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen.

Catastrophique, hôtel à fuire. Les chambres sont beaucoup plus petites que sur les photos, nous avons pris une suite qui n'avait rien d'une suite. Chambre très sale, la femme de chambre ne nettoie ni le partaire ni la salle de d'eau/WC... Personnel désagréable à part le big boss qui est un peu sympathique. Petit déjeuner moyen , on a séjourné 6 jours et pendant ses 6 jours c'était le même petit déjeuner seul la forme de l'œuf changé : un jour œuf dur , un jour œuf omelette le reste de plateau est identique chaque matin. Gros bemol l'hôtel n'est pas du tout en front de mer comme il l'indique cependant il est bien localisé par rapport aux restaurants et centre commercial

Oda çok kötü tuvalet kokuyor, havalandırmama rağmen gitmedi. Kahvaltı kötü. Personel iyi niyetli gibi görünmesine rağmen, çevredeki (200 m. içindeki) restoranları bile bilmiyorlar. Bir daha asla uğramam bile. Kimseye de tavsiye etmem.
