Great friendly staff, but no elevator third floor was a nightmare with kids and luggage, otherwise amazing.

Very good hotel and very good location what you want around you showing restaurants Sammy always help the people I travel with my family in this hotel I don't forget you Sammy and the food in the morning very good 24 hours tea coffee free always they have something thank you so much I hope to see you again I recommend this hotel Sammy always help the people if you want anything just tell him

We needed a room for the night and was given one with poor hygiene standards and was told to clean the bathroom ourselves using a bleach and a towel. Couldn't use the toilet due to the filth. Bed sheets had all sorts of stains. We didn't stay and found an alternative place to stay.

Pathetic service & unprofessional attitude. Rooms weren’t ready when we checked in at night. Washrooms were dirty. No proper water drainage in basin. Sink was choked. No warm water in washrooms. No drinking water in rooms. We stayed two nights, even after informing, manager didn’t resolve any of the things except we got warm water at the time of check out. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this hotel with incompetent staff. Breakfast was bit okay. No internet. We got the discounted price on website n booked it. But first they refused it but then when we insisted they admitted giving us discounted price.

Okay for the price. Big rooms, free breakfast and close to city center. I spent 4 days mostly shopping as it's a convenient location for shoppers. Lots of restaurants and great places to visit. At the time I was there the internet was on and off. Make sure you have data on your devices.

originally we had a local hotel booked but I needed to make a change asap and found dreamtime hotel at 1am and we were eager and so tired and needed somewhere else to stay with my friends! Luckily they had found us a room and the staff were so lovely! SAMY has been so amazing and made our stay so comfortable and really went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and found what we were looking for, the customer service is brilliant and in the future if I visit again, I would come back to dreamtime! Thank you so much again Samy, I miss Billy the hotel ginger cat!!! he was so affectionate and sweet!

Room was dirty , specially the floors , handles of the bathroom broken , the manager said when I arrived that He didn’t have my reservation. Next day he didn’t find my keys and said that he had gave it to me He didn’t even remember my room number and he wasn’t very friendly at all

Definitely would recommend this hotel! 10/10 service from Samy, who booked me and my friends in 2am the night we landed as we had issues with another hotel. The whole team especially samy looked after us well, felt really comfortable and safe. Hotel is right near the city centre so you can’t go wrong. Spa service is right next to the hotel. It was a perfect end to our holiday Hopefully will be visiting again soon ! Thank you !
