Calvert County Apartments

A studio apartment sits on a hill. You will have to walk up stairs from the parking oad and a grassy hill (can be considered a mildly steep incline). Its also within a short walking or driving distance of three private beaches in our community. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious bathroom and closet. The living room has a pull out full size bed and a kitchenette. Coffee, teas, beach chairs, cooler, fishing poles and tackle are provided. Guests have access to the above garage apartment ( not the garage /basement),Shared spaces and items: Parking pad (each Cottage on the Bay & Studio on the Bay get ONE space EACH) this is a tight fit…two large vehicles will not fit comfortably, best suited for mid size to compact vehicles, additional parking can be provided ONE block away from the property, fire pit area/back yard, two kayaks and two paddle boards are available for use and are shared with Studio on the Bay guests.Updated 8/28/2023: to include a 3 person Hot Springs Jacuzzi, this is a shared amenity. Sits on the back of the property behind the fire pit.Being on the western shore provides amazing sunrises and lots of hiking nearby. Fifteen minutes from Solomons Island (home of the Tiki Bar).
