Hotel Cristallo is a newly renovated hotel conveniently located next to Baradello chair lift. It is bright, tastefully furnished, it has a very modern ski room and you can literally walk to the slopes in 3 minutes. The restaurant serves local food and the quality is excellent. The spa is also very nice and the best thing is you can reserve it for 50 minutes. I totally recommend the Pindasweda massage with hot mountain herbs pads. The lady at the spa centre is great! The real plus of this hotel is the Staff, from the Hotel Manager Carmen, to the Maitre and the restaurant staff and also people at reception, they are all very kind and attentive. They have really made a difference to my holiday with my young child. There is also a Miniclub activity and evening entertainment which are both valuable and professional. I totally recommend Hotel Cristallo for a stay in Aprica!

The experience was way better than expected, after an an extensive search for hotels in the area I’m am really satisfied in choosing this hotel.
The staff was very friendly and very professional.
The rooms were spacious, modern and clean.
The proximity to the slopes was very convenient.
The breakfast was good.
The only downside was the dinner, the portions were quite small and food was bland.
Would definitely recommend and would visit again

Nel complesso non più di 3 stelle, la struttura esteticamente è un 4 stelle, la stanza abbastanza pulita e accogliente ma letti scomodissimi, sconsiglio la mezza pensione in quanto il ristorante è più cibo da mensa e nella mezza pensione non sono incluse le bevande, nemmeno l'acqua, come se uno mangiasse senza bere,assurdo sopratutto quanto te la fanno pagare. Inoltre ho fatto una richiesta molto semplice, se era possibile avere un topper per rendere il materasso un pochino piu confortevole ma non essendo Barbieri,non hanno saputo gestire la necessità e ho avuto l'impressione che se ne fregassero. Voto al personale della reception 2 stelle alla ricezione pessimi nello spiegare servizi,orari ecc...e alla fine anche peggio, non ti chiedono nemmeno se e andato tutto bene. Mentre il personale al ristorante è stato carino e accogliente. Tornerei? Assolutamente no perché il prezzo non rispecchia assolutamente il servizio.

Tutti gli anni passiamo un weekend in Aprica e la nostra meta fissa per il pernottamento è sicuramente l'hotel Cristallo. Eleganza, accoglienza,pulizia fanno da padrone con camere molto ampie e luminose. La colazione sia dolce che salata è abbondante e bella variegata. Sicuramente un buon rapporto prezzo qualità!

Appena arrivati siamo stati trattati con sufficienza dai receptionist. In camera abbiamo trovato il letto senza copriletto (solo copri materasso tra l’altro sporco di macchie, ho fatto le foto). Parlato con la responsabile ci dice che la loro struttura non prevede il lenzuolo all’interno del letto ma si scusano per l’imprevisto e guarda caso la mattina successiva troviamo un letto pulito e corredato di quello che serve (ci hanno addirittura offerto di cambiare camera e di omaggiarci il cenone di capodanno… ovviamente per principio non abbiamo accettato). Capisco che in alta stagione si è carne da macello ma €700 per due notti in pernottamento e prima colazione (2 adulti e una bambina di 6 anni) senza rispettare la decenza non è accettabile. Avevamo scelto una struttura 4 stelle per non avere compromessi, che delusione! A mai più

Siamo stati in questa struttura coi nostri 3 bambini (7 anni,4 anni e 7 mesi) dal 30 dicembre al 6 gennaio e la consiglieremmo a tutti per:la gentilezza del personale,la simpatia di Giovanna e Andrea del Mini Club che ha allietato i nostri bambini dopo le mattinate al corso di sci e la sera con la baby dance dopo cena,la vicinanza agli impianti sciistici (il Baradello è a poche centinaia di metri e al rientro dalle sciate si può arrivare in struttura sciando,ma anche i campetti scuola non sono lontani),la bontà della cucina,l’eleganza della hall,l’animazione serale con Marco che ha ricompreso un bellissimo cenone di Capodanno con balli,una divertente tombola,la visita della Befana…molto comodo anche il deposito sci con armadietto e veramente curata la pulizia della camera…cosa aggiungere?che ricorderemo sempre con piacere questo magnifico soggiorno!!

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia in questo splendido hotel l ultima settimana di dicembre... L hotel si presenta ben tenuto e molto accogliente, e ben strutturato sia internamente che esternamente.. I servizi sono il top, personale molto cordiale ed educato, un appunto speciale va alla signora Manuela della reception molto disponibile e gentile, riusciva a risolverli ogni tipo di problema.... Il punto forte è il servizio ristorazione con colazione molto ricca sia dolce che salata,maitre vincenzo molto disponibile su ogni nostra esigenza... I pranzi e le cene sono state il fiore all occhiello:piatti sublimi, da 5 stelle ben presentati e cucinati molto bene, per non parlare del cenone di capodanno!!!!! Piatti veramente da 10 ellode.. complimenti allo chef... L animazione molto carina e non invadente... Ci ritorneremo l anno prossimo
