Hotel Restaurant Seegarten

The hotel is clean and well maintained, unfortunately a bit outside of Arbon (45min walk to the old town). The room was comfortable and large but unfortunately without air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not exciting, but quite OK. A bicycle storage room (locked) was available.

I was on a tour down memory lane with my brother to Lake Constance, and as St. Gallen was sold out due to some sporting event, we opted to stay overnight in Arbon, more so as early next morning we were set for a quick trip through Austria into the German side of Lake Constance. The hotel, we had booked a gallerie room, had our reservation at their fingertips when we arrived and after a swift check in procedure we were handed our key and told how to find the room. We had dinner in St. Gallen so it was literally bedtime. The bathroom was equipped with all necessities, enough towels too and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet affair although egg dishes were served by the staff. Breadrolls were fresh, as were the croissants and the selection of cut sausages and cheeses was very adequate. Good overnight and breakfast spot.

This hotel is not very centrally located and we felt we were stuck in the hotel however the food and drink was good. The views from the balcony just looked out at a car park so this was disappointing. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. The hotel needs to be updated and modernised.

As we walked towards the hotel and saw all the building work and office and apartment blocks next to it we were somewhat underwhelmed. However, we enjoyed our overnight stay. We were given a clean large room with an upstairs area with a large sofa bed and desk. Sufficient shelving and hanging space. Twin beds were pushed together to create a double bed. The bathroom had a shower over the bath with a shower curtain. We had a private balcony with a table and chairs...just no view to speak of! Complimentary water and fruit were available in the corridor. The restaurant lacked ambience but our dinner was good quality, well presented and good value. We enjoyed the freshly prepared scrambled egg at breakfast. Friendly and courteous staff.

Hôtel très agréable, jolie et grande chambre, personnel très attentionné, multiples prises dans le garage à vélo. Petit déjeuner excellent dans un joli jardin. Un très bon souvenir de cette halte sur le tour du lac en vélo. Je conseille cet endroit

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo albergo. Grande posteggio disponibile per le automobili, l'albergo dista ca 1 km dal centro di Arbon. Le stanze sono spaziose, morbide lenzuola, arredamento minimalista ma con tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno. Stanze ben riscaldate. Il bagno dispone di tutto cio' che si necessita, molto funzionale , pulito e moderno. Buona colazione, ottimo müsli, pane e yoghurt Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Bodensee-Radweg und wird deshalb auch von vielen Radlern frequentiert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig, auf dem Balkon kann man den Abend ausklingen lassen. Das Frühstück war gut, die Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet, Kaffee wurde serviert.

Gutes Hotel, sehr sauber, geräumige Zimmer mit Zugang zum Garten, genügend freie Parkplätze, freundliches und professionelles Personal, feines Abend Essen, reichhaltiges Frühstücks Buffet. Unsere Bedienung am Abend war sehr nett, freundlich und kompetent.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte durante il giro del Lago di Costanza in bici, rimane un pò fuori dal centro ma con le bici lungo la pista ciclabile si arriva in centro senza problemi, c'è anche posto per le auto. personale Gentilissimo, simpatico e disponibile, abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante i prezzi sono all'altezza del servizio offerto la cena era veramente ottima, colazione varia e abbondante. Stanze pulite e minimaliste.
