The reception staff went above and beyond and arranged my son’s birthday cake. My son has autism and they are always so accommodating. Fran the Chef went above to make my son’s dietary requirements happen with him and made cheese omelettes whenever he wanted one ! entertainment always made sure my son sensory issues were met with letting me know if the music was going to be loud ect. Thank you again

Great hotel, baby and children friendly. Good location 2 minutes away from the beach. Apartment rooms are spacious. Good selection of food for both children and adults.

I’m currently staying here with my wife and 2 kids (8yr old and 2 yr old). We are only 2 days into our stay and have already felt the need to write this review. This is our 2nd visit to menorca and our 3rd visit to a mar chain hotel but the first time staying at this particular hotel. 1st impressions clean, well presented, friendly staff and nice pools. Great for families with young children so the perfect choice for us in that respect. Was not happy with ground floor room as the balcony has no barrier around it meaning our 2 year old could just wonder out and run off. Fortunately we swapped rooms to one on the 1st floor which is more suited to us with a lively 2 year old. The not so good: The restaurant layout is the worst system I have ever experienced in any hotel. Firstly dinner starts at 7pm which is late when you have very young children (fine for adults granted) the problem is in order to get a table at 7pm you have to be prepared to join a long queue outside from around 6:45pm. If you do not get in this queue then you may aswel eat after 8pm because once inside expect to queue up to 30 mins in a line to access the hot food counter. (Yes there’s only one small counter / think of Toby carvery.) The small amount of limited hot food placed in one corner of the restaurant makes it impossible to grab something quickly for the kids at which point are starving. If one parent waits at the table with the children whilst the other gets the food then by the time that parent gets back with food the remaining parent will then have to also queue meaning you don’t actually get to eat as a family as by the time they get back the first parent and the children have already eaten. I’m also extremely disappointed at the lack of variation and choice. On holiday you should be spoiled for choice but not here. Expect around 6 hot dishes with pizza, pasta, chips and a salad bar. Kids will struggle as they are not really catered for apart from the pizza and pasta. I don’t expect the choice you’d get in bigger hotel chains but for me this just isn’t good enough considering it’s not exactly a budget hotel. The hotel are failing to listen to previous reviews as you can read for yourself that this is a very common gripe with most guests that stay here. Dear hotel manager. Please listen to the reviews and sort the restaurant situation out ! More hot counters required to limit queue times for food. Also nobody likes to sit in a long line of chairs to watch the entertainment. Some tables would be nice so that families can sit together and actually have somewhere to put a drink ! If they get these things sorted then it will be a great hotel and worthy of its high trip advisor rating.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff work so hard. Big shout out to Fran at the little pool bar. He works early morning till it closes. 👏👏👏 The pools are great the entertainment staff work so hard to make sure things are running for kids and adults alike. We checked in and had a leak in our room. This was no problem Vivi from reception moved us to a new room with no fuss. She is a credit to the front house. The food is very good with a great selection cooked fresh every night. The drinks are of a good standard even for AI. The only reason for the 4/5 is the very long wait for a table at main meal time. Once you have waiting 10/20 mins there is then a 15 min wait for the food. If the price is right I would 100% return to the hotel and possibly eat out more in the evening and have a bigger lunch. Thank you to all the team you work extremely hard and gave us a great week in the sun.

Marsenses Paradise Club is all you would expect from a great all inclusive. The resort is cleverly laid out with three pools on three levels all catering to a different audience. The main large pool outside the dining area and terrace has a shallow wading end for small children at one end and a deep area to swim at the other. Most of the entertainment and yoga sessions happen down here too. Above this is a second slightly smaller pool about 4ft deep all the way across, that has some older guests and families with older children. There is more of a chilled vibe up here. Lastly up another level is a kids pool with mini slides and a second deeper pool with three slides for the bigger kids and young at heart adults. There are plenty of sunbeds to choose from and two bars and snack areas located near to the pools and occasionally special drinks are brought round on trays by hotel staff. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious enough for a family of four. Rain showers excellent. The restaurant caters outstandingly for many varied tastes and appetites. There is a variety of different dishes at each meal, from hot to salad optons, various meats, pasta, pizza, fruits and desserts. The bar has a good cocktail list and the entertainment ok. But above everything, the staff at Marsenses exceed all expectations. Friendly, fun, with nothing too much trouble. They cater to the many and varied guests, from the very young to the very old with smiles on their faces. They are quick and efficient and truly the heart of the hotel. Well done guys, you made our holiday great!

Our second visit to the MarSenses Paradise in Menorca but our first review of it. We still loved the laid back atmosphere, friendly staff at every corner of the hotel and the children’s splash pool provides endless fun. Food and drinks were great for all inclusive with plenty to choose from. Queues only at dinner time, can be noisy in the restaurant. Good variety for evening meals, particularly enjoyed the Mexican themed food. Snack bars during the day provided plentiful drink options and light bites to eat. Chest freezers in several locations with good choices of ice creams to just help yourself. The restaurant staff are friendly. Fran who works in the Sensibar never stops, he runs the pool bar solo most of the time and is always happy to serve. Pool areas are great, but we found ourselves having to bag sun beds earlier as the holiday progressed. Annoyingly some people would bung towels on beds before 7am and you’d not see them appear until after lunch. Selfish behaviour but that reflects on the people not the hotel. Evening entertainment similar to last year, children’s disco very good. The entertainment team generally appear to be engaged in providing a fun experience for all. Not pushy during the day. The brought in acts felt like they fell slightly short of last year in terms of quality but the children loved the Bubble Show. We noticed this year an increase in French guests (which is absolutely no problem) but there is now Framissima (a French holiday company) with their branding all over the place and there are Framissima entertainment reps who wear different uniforms to the MarSenses. We don’t understand why they need this, as the hotel MarSenses animation team have always been inclusive of all guests and nationalities. Aside from the branding the entertainers were all lovely regardless of the uniform they were wearing. Generally the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Attractive grounds and a pleasant place to spend your time. Our 1 bed apartment was clean and spacious. Although the bathroom felt a bit dated it was perfectly serviceable - but it could do with being updated inline with the more contemporary feel of the rest of the room. Undecided if we would return again, as the prices have increased hugely for summer 25.

Just came back from Marsenses paradise hotel on Tuesday, went on my first family holiday with my 4 and 3 year old daughters, and our 10 week old son. I was a bit worried as they were so young but this hotel was amazing. Firstly the staff were incredible, so polite and friendly and nothing was ever too much to ask. The hotel was super clean and our room was perfect. The kitchen in our room was ideal for making our babies bottles. The pools/kids slides were great. The food was great and a bit selection for all. The sensi crew are just super! Would totally recommend this hotel to familys with young children. Only thing I could fault was their was no higher locks on the room door for young children as even if the door was locked as soon as the handles pulled now a child could get out, other than that everything was just perfect.
