Μόλις επέστρεψα από υπέροχες χαλαρωτικές διακοπές 10 διανυκτερεύσεων σε αυτό το υπέροχο καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. Ποτέ δεν είχα επισκεφθεί τη Ζάκυνθο πριν, αλλά απολαύσαμε απόλυτα τη διαμονή μας σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Όλο το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό, εργάζεται σκληρά για να σας φιλοξενήσει, φωνάξτε πολύ στην καθαρίστρια μας που καθάριζε το δωμάτιό μας κάθε μέρα, δεν ήξερε το όνομά της, αλλά πάντα έλεγε καλημέρα! Ο Νίκος στη ρεσεψιόν θα σας βοηθήσει, αν προκύψει κάποιο πρόβλημα, αντιμετωπίζει γρήγορα το πρόβλημα σε περίπτωση που παρουσιαστεί. Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε έβλεπε στον κήπο, ο οποίος ήταν πολύ ήσυχος, διπλό κρεβάτι, όλες οι παροχές στο δωμάτιο, Inc καφές/τσάι, ψυγείο, κλιματισμός, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα, στεγνωτήρας μαλλιών, χρηματοκιβώτιο κ.λπ. Ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι ήσυχος εάν ψάχνετε για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, οι ξαπλώστρες είναι του τύπου στρώματος, σούπερ άνετες!! 2 πισίνες, 1 μεγαλύτερη από την άλλη 1, επίσης εξοπλισμός για χρήση στο γρασίδι για γυμναστική και μια ξαπλώστρα τύπου περίεργης αιώρας με διάστικτη εδώ και εκεί. Το προσωπικό του μπαρ και το προσωπικό της κουζίνας είναι όλοι ευγενικοί άνθρωποι, που είναι όλοι πολύ πρόθυμοι να φιλοξενήσουν. Περίπου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την εμπορική περιοχή, (υπάρχει ένα όμορφο τοπικό κατάστημα με τα καλύτερα φρούτα και λαχανικά που έχω δει ποτέ, περίπου 3 λεπτά μακριά). Πολλά εστιατόρια και καταστήματα με είδη δώρων θα βρείτε στο Τσιλιβί. Πρέπει να αναφέρετε το εστιατόριο The Calypso, αν ψάχνετε για ένα εξαιρετικό γεύμα! Περάσαμε 4 νύχτες με ένα γεύμα εκεί, απολύτως θεϊκό ✨️. Η παραλία απέχει περίπου 20 λεπτά από το ξενοδοχείο. Παρακολουθήστε το ταξίδι σας προς το σπίτι τα βράδια για όλα τα άλογα/άμαξα που θα σας μεταφέρουν πίσω στο ξενοδοχείο. Περάσαμε υπέροχες 10 νύχτες μακριά σε αυτό το μέρος, γι' αυτό το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα αν, όπως είπα παραπάνω, αναζητάτε έναν χαλαρωτικό χρόνο μακριά σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο μόνο για ενήλικες. Sat here last morning and well the hotel is spotless rooms serviced every day to a very high standard they even polish the balcony glass screens every day Indoor area of hotel clean The pool area is also clean and very well maintained. To say clean every morning the sunbeds are wiped clean Plenty of sunbeds for size to f hotel Two good size pools Tea and coffee facilities in room and small fridge hair dryer , iron everything I can think of is here Good size balcony and some where to dry towels / swim wear Food and drink prices well Excellent choice at breakfast hot , cold selection and plenty of choice with fruit etc 15 minutes to walk to bars restaurants 30 minutes to beach 5 minutes to local supermarket I’m not one to revisit same place but could be tempted to come back

This hotel is one star too many and one pillow and key to few. Corridor 200's smelt badly of drains. Superior room (superior to what as stated but another guest) was sufficient with limited wardrobe space. Doors are hollow, fire doors nonexistent which makes for a very noisy set up late at night as no sound proofing, so late comers banging on doors is an issue. No wine glasses allowed in the room, was confronted by staff, no food purchased unless from snack bar (which in fairness, was reasonable, good and plentiful) was allowed by the pool or drinks. No food from breakfast to be taken to room despite partner being unwell. Pool photos were at a good angle and not so good up close as smaller. Would not stay here again but the area is fantastic and friendly with lots of other places to stay and has restaurants and bars. The hotel is a shame as has lots of potential it's not at the same standard as a 4 star in Spain or Turkey.

We stayed for 12 days, and found the hotel great. Located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the restaurants, bars, etc. The room we had was excellent. It overlooked the swimming pool, sun loungers, and exercise area, although I avoided that bit.... The breakfast had everything and more than we would require. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit.

After coming to this lovely quiet adult only hotel and enjoying the peacefulness around the pool, you have now installed a speaker directly over the pool area playing repetitive dance beats all day. This is not what your customers want. The majority of people who stay here are of a later generation and not a young party crowd. I’m sorry but if it continues we won’t be rebooking to come back. A shame as the hotel and staff are fantastic and we thought that we had found a little bit of paradise in tsilivi.

Highly recommend this resort and hotel. Situated on the edge of Tsilivi so lovely and quiet in the day but a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Slept like a baby in the comfortable beds. Staff went over and above to make our brilliant holiday.

What can I say!! 3 ladies in a double bedroom with a child's pull out bed. Told they were full and couldn't change it.No bedding on the pull out bed. Got locked in the bathroom as the lock does not work. Dreadful smell of drains in the rooms and corridors. Spoke to the manager about the bedroom set up and he didn't budge said it was booked like that... I have emails to the contrary. Would not allow us a late check out out of spite because he was challenged. Previous reviews mention his aggressive attitude and can I just say he doesn't fail to deliver. TUI need to be also answerable because they don't go to this hotel so not engaging with the customer. We weren't allowed glasses to drink a bottle of prosecco. Not allowed to eat a bag of crisps that were bought at the supermarket. The photos make it look much bigger than it really is so don't be disappointed with the size of the pool. On a plus the 2 young waiters were lovely and very polite.

Very disappointing experience .. party of 5 friends who were celebrating a birthday . 2 rooms on arrival one of the rooms was a double bed and a chair bed more suited to a child even though its adults only . Mentioned it on arrival hotel took no notice . Tye chair bed just had a sheet on needed to ask for bedding . The pool is not how it looks on photographs it’s tiny . Very clean around the pool I would say. Bought some wine from the hotel during the day and just sitting on the lounge chairs and was eating some crisps that we had in our room .. was told in no uncertain terms we can’t eat them as not bought from the hotel . Asked for some Prosecco glasses from the bar for our room was told ‘no’ . Asked the manager for a late check out he was quite confrontational printing documents off and dogmatic in his interactions .. waving how he has a certificate for world recognised hotel .. must have voted and printed the award off himself as no way is this hotel is a quality hotel I would really award it a 1 star .. and that’s being kind . On the day of check was told in no uncertain terms we can’t have it as they need the room .. I doubt it to be honest .. . They said we could have the use of a room elsewhere but to take the original towels to use for the shower . Breakfast very poor choice tinned fruits , rubber scrambled eggs and the usual sliced meats and cheese . The saving grace was the beautiful weather . Would I stay or recommend this hotel . I’ll let you all work that one out

Stayed here for 11 nights in May. Efficiently checked in by George who explained the necessary points to us. Paid the tourist tax - cash so make sure you have some. Allocated a high floor and pool view as requested but found a double bed not the twins we had requested. Back down to see George who after a chat to someone by phone allocated us a twin room just doors away from the original room. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities, free safe, fridge and a 'charging hub' with various cables and USB sockets. Very useful. The bathroom was adequate with a walk in shower but no matter what you did the water flooded onto the bathroom floor. A poor design possibly? The washbasin also would not hold water - reported and it was looked at but it did not improve very much. However we coped. Could have done with another shelf for toiletries The pool area was nice with ample sunbeds around it and in the grass area. However you still got the ones who vanished after putting their towels down. Pool bar served very good food and we found that usually the portions were large enough to share especially if you were going for a meal at night. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a quiet area around 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants and another 10 to the beach. Tsilivi itself was very nice. Enough shops to wander into and plenty of lovely restaurants serving very good food. Everyone we met was really friendly.
