Casarao Alto Mucuge

This is a place with so much potential but sadly let down by a management team that really do not take care of the details, or their guests. It has a lovely view of the beach from high up, a pretty main house and really nice pool area. but the pool area is left dirty, with plastic bags, cups and food left by cleaners who come and go irregularly but do not do their job properly. The pool beds are left out overnight so get dirty and the pool was not cleaned daily, so we had to clean out the flies and leaves ourselves to swim in it. There was no minibar in the room (as stated on their info), not even any water left in the room for us on our first night so we had to go and find some after we first arrived. There is no security on the door and anyone can walk in or out so no particularly safe. Worst of all, our room was not cleaned at all for the 4 nights we stayed, so we had the same towels, bed unmade, bin overflowing and dirty floor. We even asked on day three of they could clean and left a message at reception, which then got ignored. When we left we realised that one of the drawers has an empty condom packet it in from a previous guest!! Eeeew!! The place feels like it has new owners recently, as previous reviews were mostly positive and tell a very different story to the one we had (but mostly from 4+ years ago). It seemed to us that it it has lost its customer focus completely, the manager was friendly enough but infective (though he did empty our toilet bin on the third evening for us when we complained!) There is a bar on site that rarely ever opens and a pretty deserted feel to the place. There is supposedly a restaurant on site but nobody ever mentioned it and it did not seem open. we did not fancy finding out if standards were as low there too! The breakfast is ok but nothing to shout home about. The price was high for our room, which was ok (though not great) but did have a nice patio area to relax in, which we enjoyed. But the price is much too high for a place with such low customer service and as this was our honeymoon we thought we had paid to stay at a really top quality place, but were really disappointed on that front. Overall, loads of potential to be a really lovely place, if you brought in a management team who really cared about the experience their guests had.

O hotel fica no alto com uma paisagem de tirar o fôlego, um nascer do sol particular, só para você. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Café da manhã com bolos e pães deliciosos, tudo feito na hora pela simpática Dani. Experimentamos também o arroz de polvo e a casquinha de siri do restaurante servidos pela simpática Leidiane, estava divino. Enfim foi uma estadia muito agradável e voltarei com certeza.

Pousada com vista linda do mar, mas com aspecto de abandono. Durante a madrugada pessoas vão ver o nascer do sol e conversam causando muito barulho acordando os hospedes. Parece que não existe ninguém a noite, os portões abertos a noite toda. Sensação de insegurança. Ao ir tomar café tem pessoas dormindo no sofá junto ao restaurante, que me informaram que é parente de alguém da pousada, que chegou tarde. Café da manhã razoável. Proprietária mora ao lado e com surtos psicoticos circula a noite solicitando aos hospedes pix.

Estadia impecável! Ambiente maravilhoso. Uma das vistas mais bonitas que já conheci na vida. Tem um restaurante bistro que funciona a noite maravilhoso, melhor lugar para jantar em casal em Arraial. Lugar que atende os mais altos padrões de exigência. RECOMENDO DEMAIS

Uma estadia maravilhosa, fiquei no famoso quarto da noiva, café da manhã personalizado, atendimento excelente e sem nenhuma exceção. Funcionários sempre muitos receptivos, o bistrô de excelência em gastronomia. Paisagem e organização da vegetação maravilhosamente pensando pra te trazer pra outro lugar
