Awesome hotel with very high standards

酒店是2019年開業，設計和房間裏的設施都很新，保險櫃不用每次輸密碼，化粧🪞也是自動調光。酒店的設計和裝飾配色都很時尚。屋頂酒吧的風景非常好，如果錯過了正餐的時間可以在那裡吃個便餐，順便欣賞一下對面的Meru 山，據説是坦桑尼亞第二高山。酒店唯一不足的是，城景房一面離酒店的設備間很近，噪音很大。白天關上陽台門還好，但是晚上對噪音敏感的人最好不要選擇城景房。

This hotel is the true oasis in the desert, staff were so attentive, but discreet enough not to over flatter, the comfort and quality of the room was top notch.I wandered into the coffee plantation for a look and was given a great tour by two of the kind gentleman gardeners,as well as the hotel kitchen garden Cocktails on Friday night at sunset were amazing Top hotel and team

The hotel is beautiful ，the service was exceptional，all the staff were extremely friendly and attentive,especially Daniel . Highly recommend the Gran Melia Arusha, I had an absolutely delightful stay here,and i will definitely return the next time .

Our family of 6 stayed here for 2 nights to adjust before departing on 9 day safari. We had 3 rooms which were lovely & beautifully decorated with all modern amenities. We very much enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. Could not imagine this type of luxury hotel in Arusha. The gardens, pool, spa were all lovely and delightful to experience. We especially enjoyed the Rooftop bar where we could sit outside & see Mt Meru and the beautiful view. The food was excellent. The buffet breakfast was as nice as the finest hotels in USA. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tanzania.

The rooftop restaurant offers not only the most delectable meals in town but also an inviting ambiance that emanates from the stunning location, coupled with the friendly and accommodating service from the entire staff, from the waiters and waitresses to the management team. The expense of dining at this restaurant, situated atop the hotel, is undoubtedly worthwhile.

The hotel is clearly the best in Arusha and its vicinity. Rooms are well appointed, clean, functional and comfortable. Multiple restaurants are available for different occasions, and cuisine is excellent either buffet or a la carte. Hotel offers very attentive service including concierge e.g. to arrange for Safari trips for you. The hotel garden is wonderful, as it operates real coffee plantation, as well as local fruits, vegetables, chickens etc. You can see how coffee is harvested and processed to beans. The hotel also has a NGO run facility to produce glass wares, clothes, table mats etc, by people with disability. It also runs a cafe. I saw many of these products used throughout the hotel, showing hotel's commitment to support wider stakeholders. From the roof or from your room, you can enjoy beautiful Mr. Meru right in front of you. One hour from Kilimanjaro International Airport, and 1-2 hours to Ngorongoro National Park, Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park and others. Ideal base for your visit to Arusha and beautiful nature and wildlife to Tanzania.

I am an international German businessman. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I think the most important feature of this hotel is Ramos gentleman, who has won the hearts of his customers with his sympathetic, optimistic and personality that solves problems quickly. On behalf of my friends and myself, I would like to thank him very much. We will carry out the accommodation program of our business trip here with 200 business people in the coming days at this hotel because of the close interest in Ramos.

It was the most beautiful, decent and clean hotel I have seen both in Arusha and Zanzibar, where the staff was very attentive. The room cleaning was very good. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you very much to all the staff. It will be the hotel I will prefer when I come again. I give 9.5 out of 10 points.
