It's set back off of the road, so it's very quiet, but you can still walk to anywhere in town and many trail heads. There's a spacious backyard with a private table and gas grill. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into 2 single beds upon request. 2 reserved parking spaces are available. Super strong wifi. Close to all hiking trails! The Space: This is a 2 bedroom condo with an open kitchen & living room. New memory foam mattresses on both beds. The two couches in the living room combine into a king size bed. The bathroom is spacious as well and has a tub. The living room has a 50'' smart TV, full size futon and chase and a wood burning fireplace. The Laundry Room with a Washer and Dryer are at the building and are available for you to use as well. Guest Access: The entire apartment and back yard Interaction with Guests: I hope that you will enjoy Aspen as much as I do and I'm happy to give recommendations, so please just ask. The Neighborhood: The apartment is a 5 minute walk to town, or you can download the "downtowner" app which works like an Uber and is provided by the City of Aspen at no cost. There's also a free shuttle across the street that will take you to Rubey Park Transit Center, where you can utilize the free bus transportation to experience nearby places like the Maroon Bells, Snowmass Village, or the hot springs!
