Very suggestive location at the foot of Assisi (5 min from parking). Large room equipped with air conditioners. Very comfortable swimming pool and adjacent space. excellent quality and plentiful breakfast. for the staff: the cleanliness of the room is certainly sufficient but we suggest greater attention to detail

The breakfast is a wide selection of delicous foods. The rooms are clean and contain everything you need for a great holiday and really close to Assisi. The spacious outdoor area is great fun for any leftover time with various activities like football and tennis including a swimming pool in the summer. Overall this hotel is a great place to visit.

Fantastic place to stay if you don’t mind being outside the city center.
Angela the owner is a fantastic host. She happily called for dinner reservations on our velar, and even arranged for parking to minimize walking for my elderly father. This is a huge deal inside the city walls. Grazie!
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.

Great,small hotel, very convenient especially if you’re driving, easy parking on property.( 10 minutes drive to Assisi parking)
Very comfortable bed and shower. It’s in a quiet area with beautiful views of Assisi.
The owner was helpful and attentive.

Perfect Location. Excellent room and very clean. Breakfast includes your personal egg dish order. The owner is personable and professional. The pool is an newer to your prayers on a hot Italian day.
We will stay again and we will entice our friends to stay with our Assisi stories.

Se cerchi la pace questo è il posto giusto, immersa nel verde ai piedi di assisi, fin da subito verrai accolto con enorme professionalità e dolcezza dalla signora Angela, pulizia e prodotti di alta qualitá nelle camere, inoltre l’accoglienza della signora Mara ti fa sentire fin da subito a casa il suo modo di gestire le colazioni è impeccabile non ti fa mancare nulla e si preoccupa di ogni esigenza.
