We have been visiting Da Angelo for more than a decade, and have always been extremely satisfied with everything we experience. Of course, when people at a hotel and restaurant recognize you and address you by name, it is a good feeling. Our stay this time, was for 18 days and every day, we ate dinner in the restaurant. The food is always good and the house wine the same. I cannot think of many locations that match the quality of food, the friendliness of staff and the location. The view up the Umbrian valley towards Perugia and down the valley towards Foligno as well as across to the hills around Lake Trasimeno is unique. We fell in love with the City of Assisi in 1987 and have returned regularly since then. We are not religious, but the spirituality is obvious in all around it, and this extends and is enhanced in Da Angelo. The Family Tardioli have become more than simply hosts, as have all the staff, from the caretaker thru the room-personal and the waiters, to perhaps the most important : the Kitchen! The only reason I did not put on 12 KG in weight is due to my walking 20-30 KM per day, which is easy in this beautiful part of the world. Simple, stylish and a good place to stay.

What a delightful place! The scenery sitting in the outdoor dining area was just stunning! We loved looking out over the Italian countryside. The ravioli dish my husband had was just amazing. All of the amenities were what we had hoped. We could take the bus for sightseeing from the top of the driveway.

Ci siamo fermati un giorno di passaggio nel tratto ciclabile Spoleto - Assisi. Struttura molto bella , accogliente, completa, in un luogo di Pace e serenità. Ottima accoglienza e servizi. Camere pulitissime, prezioso il servizio di ristorazione, dove la sera abbiamo cenato e potuto assaporare la loro cucina fatta con “semplicità ” ma allo stesso tempo piacevolissima e con prodotti di qualità Note piacevoli: il personale visto che viaggiando in bicicletta ci ha messo a disposizione un rimessaggio per mettere al sicuro i nostri mezzi Altro punto a favore l'ottima posizione e la bellissima piscina Complimenti e al prossimo passaggio in bici

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel ad inizio Agosto 2024, si trova in una posizione fantastica per visitare Assisi, molto bella e pulita la piscina a disposizione degli ospiti per tutto il giorno sino oltre le ore 20, colazione abbondante, unica pecca la stanza n°21 con bagno cieco ed un poco piccola per una famiglia di 4 persone. Comunque lo consiglio data l'ottima posizione strategica!

Soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel alle porte di Assisi, la camera che ci e’ stata assegnata penso sia stata una delle più brutte dell’Hotel, almeno spero per loro, camera nel piano sotto l’ingresso, con un corridoio nella penombra, sembrava di andare nel famoso “tugurio”, la camera fortunatamente era pulita, bagno nella norma, condizionatore silenziosissimo, purtroppo la sera quando volevamo dormire ogni 15-30 minuti si sentiva un rumore forte che poi dopo 20-30 secondi diminuiva fino a sparire, pensavo all’aspiratore del bagno che non aveva la finestra, ma poi ho capito che era il rumore della valvola acqua delle cassette esterne del wc, praticamente quando anche nelle camere limitrofe andavano ad usare il wc si udiva per circa mezzo minuto questo rumore forte e fastidioso. Il ristorante invece molto positivo, si mangia bene, piatti abbondanti e prezzi giusti. Colazione consona per un hotel tre stelle. Penso che le camere dei piani alti siano sicuramente migliori.

Siamo stati in questo Hotel per il ponte di ferragosto. Punti di forza: la piscina grande e molto utile, il pranzo/cena di ottima qualità e quantità e la camera, spartana ma confortevole. Da migliorare: la colazione abbondante ma con prodotti industriali, il bagno piccolo e con il box doccia che non si chiude oltre che vecchio. Nel complesso buona esperienza immersi nella natura!!!

Siamo appena andati via da questa bellissima e grande struttura a pochi minuti da Assisi. Abbiamo preso una camera quadrupla, pulita e ben tenuta , bagno piccolo ma giusto. Colazione ok con dolce e salato , possibilità di bevande direttamente dal bar servite al momento dal personale sempre gentile e disponibile.Cucina tipica Umbria superlativa , caratterizzata dalla bontà e dalla genuinità dei prodotti oltre che dall abbondanza dei piatti. Nota importante , mio figlio che è un soggetto allergico ad alcuni alimenti , ha ricevuto un attenzione particolare fin dal primo momento , che non riscontro facilmente in altri posti. Piscina grande e ben tenuta . Abbiamo conosciuto un ottimo posto nel quale ci ritorneremo con piacere.
