Fantastic place and service, the best experience. We have been 3 days playing with friendes and the resort has full our expectatives. It’s a must have in your experience playing golf and having fun. All the people in the resort has the aim to serve in the best manner.

This is the second visit to the hotel and it did not disappoint this time either. As soon as you enter the lobby you are hit by the amazing smell and it has a very warm atmosphere and all the staff are very friendly. The room was amazing 231 and 232 Family suite, had amazing views at the practice putting in the area. We enjoyed the terrace restaurant again and had a fabulous steak there. Housekeeping is always on point with a turn down every evening. My husband and son enjoyed the golf and played every day on each of the courses and this was organised very well. I enjoyed the spa and had a treatment every day and I cannot fault the spa at all, the treatments were amazing and the spa itself is lovely, with amazing staff. Most of the days we spent by the adult only infinity pool area, because it was winter some of the services were not available around the pool during the week but this did not matter. My comment would be that the main pool area could do with some TLC. Just a note the pools were not heated. They didn't really bother us but might put some people off. We use the club lounge each day for a drink and canapés! Will definitely be coming again looking forward to the next trip !

Had an amazing time! The hotel lobby smelt fabulous and very inviting, the room (family suite) was gorgeous and had everything you need, great bathroom and lovely Balmain toiletries! We spent our time at the adult only infinitely pool, temperature just right and comfy Sun loungers, I did find some of the pool attendants not as friendly as others and didn't speak good English. Breakfast nice, could have freshly cooked things such as omelette, eggs Benedict etc Had lunch at the pool restaurant and the one near the adult pool, club sandwich was very tasty! First night was steak terrace, nice table overlooking the golf course, fab steak, sides a little pricy €8 for 1x corn (small), but very friendly waiters! Second night Italian, I must admit when I'd seen the photos before we arrived I had assumed it was outside, but it's all indoors off the bar area, almost like a Disney recreated themed restaurant, however food very nice! Third night was the Asian, we managed to get a table on the terrace, nice food! The bar situation is a bit odd as if you want to sit outside and enjoy the views you have to go to the pool bar, this isn't high up so views limited and closes at 7pm, we had access to the club (this is the Asian restaurant by day), however this closes at 6.30, so after 7 it's inside bar only, it's a nice bar but seems a shame not to be able to sit outside with a pre dinner drink! Reception staff were friendly but lacked local knowledge, we asked if they could recommend anywhere around the hotel to go for food or drinks but they didn't seem to know and certainly didn't offer to arrange anything. Golf was great!! Housekeeping cannot be faulted, room was spotless and we never saw anyone or got early wake up knocks on the door, turn down each night was lovely too! Didn't use the spa. Re

Fantastic Wedding & Hotel Stay. We booked 2 nights to celebrate our granddaughter’s wedding, also at Grand Hyatt La Manga Club. Everything was perfect, the room, the wedding venue, the service, the staff, the food. Everything was incredible. The staff could not have been friendlier & super efficient. One small issue at ”check in” but was resolved quickly. Special mention to Arantxa the wedding planner & Antonio food & beverage waiter, both absolutely amazing, but all staff were superb. This venue was spectacular & loved every minute. Wedding reception, Canapés & food stations were superb. Great job everyone & thank you for making our special day so special.

I truly recommend this gem for a family vacation. Everything from rooms, food, ambiance and service was very satisfactory. One thing that stands out from this very highly appreciated week with the family was the unbeatable level of service we experienced from day one. Mr. Soto and his very proffessional team should be really proud of themselves. These guys really seem to sincerely care about the wellbeing of every guest. We have already booked a return trip for the week around the New Year. The kids can't wait!

Spectacular experience..., the exquisiteness, the attention, all the details of the explanation of the dishes by chef Franco, a feast for the eyes and the palate, the menu of infinite dishes, flavors and textures is highly recommended. Chef Franco and the staff were really friendly and professional, they were proud of their restaurant and did their best do make our stay perfect. The Flambéed scallops experience was out of this world!! Cooking like this is nutritious for the body and soul. An art. One hundred percent recommended. A spectacular restaurant to return everytime we are in Cartagena.

Experiencia inolvidable en el hotel Grand Hyatt La Manga durante tres días en el que disfrutamos unos cuantos amigos de un torneo de Golf. Instalaciones impecables, 3 Campos de golf divertidos y perfectamente cuidados, una gastronomía extraordinaria y el trato esquisito de todo el staff del hotel hacen de este resort un destino obligado!! Volveremos! Unforgettable experience at the Grand Hyatt La Manga hotel for three days in which a few friends enjoyed a golf tournament. Impeccable facilities, 3 fun and perfectly maintained golf courses, extraordinary cuisine and the exquisite treatment of all the hotel staff make this resort a must-see destination!! We will return!

Excellent hotel but the really special point of difference is the customer service which is excellent . In particular Juan Ignacio Fernandez on Reception and Diego who are both excellent . Accommodation is first class and the food is also first class - breakfast buffet is excellent and worth including
