Horrible staff very unfriendly! Room was not ready on time. Just a bad experience altogether! Do NOT recommend staying here. Never met such ridiculous uncaring staff. Sheets were dirty and they would not replace. No soap and had to ask for towels. Barely got them

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel while she was at a dance competition at the Classic center. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable and the location was quite convenient. Once we arrived at the hotel, we parked our car and didn't drive it again until we left Athens. There are many restaurants and nice stores for shopping that are a short walk from this hotel.

No place to hang your clothes - what hotel doesn’t have some kind of clothes rack in the room. We brought all of our clothes hanging for the function so I set up the ironing board as a makeshift rack and keep my sport coat hanging in the car. I called to ask where the nearest ice machine was and told it was broken to come back to the office. The floors were filthy. Cute concept and was excited to try it but won’t be back. I have stayed at five other properties near UGA that are far superior.

Graduate hotels are typically very nice. This was clearly once a Motel 6 that was bought & the Graduate name slapped on the sign out front.

We stayed here while we toured the college with my daughter. It was such a convenient location to all things Athens. Would definitely go again - and hopefully try the coffeehouse it was cute too

Quirky, fun, comfortable and great place to stay in Athens. Not for you if you want the big hotel experience. Also be prepared that it is motel style. I liked all the "student" touches and bed was very comfortable.

This place is a complete dump on the inside and outside! The rooms ARE NOT INSIDE THE BRICK LOBBY BUILDING. Very misleading (the front desk staff agreed)! The rooms are in a former motor inn converted to a "motel" across the way. On the outside, the shutters are broken, the paint is flaking, and the "hallway" wreaks of mold. The hotel room also smelled like mold. I wish I could put the smell here. We did not stay there due to these awful conditions. I emailed the hotel and asked them to contact me but no response. Oh - one more thing - THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!! Don't walk away - run away from this place!

The sheets were stained and dirty on one of the beds, the sink wasn't clean, there was a blue towel left on the floor. I'm an insulin department dependent diabetic and my insulin has to be kept cold. The refrigerator in our room didn't work! Also, I was told when I made the reservation that I would be able to get a roll away bed, all I needed to do was ask the reservation desk when I checked in. That was false information. The attendant told me they didn't even have roll away beds on the property. I was charged over $300 and the property was old and run down and not at all what it looked like online. The $12 parking fee is absolutely absurd. It rained all night and my car wasn't covered or anything. It was a terrible experience and nothing was as I expected!!!
