Interesting hotel
Rooms are not to be serviced except for every third day (unless requested).
I stayed 2 days.
First day came back to the room with them doing the towels in the bathroom, putting one new bottle of water back and adding tea and coffee (so clearly the room is being serviced), BUT not removing trash (food plates that are done) and not doing the bed/pillows or the rest of the room.
Either do it, or don’t, seriously.
Walls with paint coming off.
Beds are good.
Pillows are not.
Went to the one restaurant to take food to the room, waiters were not interested. Gave me a thick paper menu (folded and stained) and just walked away. So I just walked away.
Check in was good and seamless (although it was busy), checked out 5:30 am; the person checking me out was just not happy to be there (yes I know it’s early in the morning but nothing.. no thank you, how was your stay, etc, just not courteous).
The digital text messaging checking in on you is a nice feature. They didn’t know that I checked out early though :)
But a lot more effort can be done for the basics.
Would not highly recommend. It’s an OK hotel.
