Walking distance to the Truist Park. Look to be a new hotel and very clean. Highly recommended

The ACTUAL hotel is Beautiful and very clean!!! I wish they had microwaves in the rooms instead of having to catch the elevator and go all the way down to the lobby to microwave something. The parking, well, Im sure you all have heard a million times about the location of the parking deck. The staff is ummm...well I ADORE Brennan, that's all I have to say about the staff. But again, I LOVE the hotel itself, VERY VERY MODERN AND CLEAN!!!

Easy check in with pleasant greeting from desk clerk. Rooms (we rented 2 for our family) were clean and comfortable with one or two minor issues. Towels and wash cloths were not in place. But desk made up the discrepancy promptly. WiFi was a pain to connect and I simply was too tired to do anything about it. Fortunately this was a pleasure not business trip. Exercise equipment in room was a pleasant surprise! Parking for handicapped was right outside hotel entrance but limited. Otherwise parking was not the best. "Pay-as-you" go made-to-order breakfast was ok but not convenient for people in a hurry.

Very poor parking. Must walk to/from separate parking structure not attached to hotel. Cold and wet.
Poor coffee setup.
Poop check-in parking.
Very slow check-in.

My husband and I were on vacation in Georgia just for about 3 days. We chose this hotel because they didn’t charge for parking as other hotels around charge a lot per day. The hotel was very clean and modern looking. The gym was super clean and everything looked new and worked great. The parking for this hotel is in the building next door which is a little bit of a walk but nothing too crazy. The area feels safe and it’s really quiet. The staff were really nice, except for one person that didn’t have the most friendly manner that day and told us the breakfast was till 10:30am when in reality it was only till 10am so we didn’t arrive in time. Other than that all other staff was super nice. Our only complaint are the pillows, which were extremely uncomfortable! We had to get towels from the gym and fold them up to use that instead. Also, in the shower the water goes everywhere so there’s a mess of water when you shower all the time. All in all the hotel is good, clean, safe and quiet. I will recommend for the price!

Everthing was GOOD
However, traveling alone. I'm 68 years old and I had to park about a block. Away at 830 or 9 o'clock in the evening. I'm grateful that I'm in good shape. But for the person that's not so lucky. That's not a very good service.

Andrea at the front desk was OUTSTANDING. She is such a great representative for the company! The room was immaculate; you can tell everyone at EVEN really cares about and takes pride in the hotel and cares about their guests. This was our second visit at this location and both times have been top notch. We will absolutely be back!
