Had to swop the first room as incorrect didnt have a sofa, the 2nd room had smelly bed cover and the bathroom was a hospital grade handicapped bathroom. Very disappointing stay and would not go back. Toaster full of crumbs dirty windows and dirty tv remotes. Not a good "Hotel" at all

Really enjoyed our stay, residents were lovely to talk to while having a spa and staff at reception was amazing and helpful.

Liked where it was..staff was lovely. The bed was very hard and the foyer could do with some air freshener. Otherwise cant complain.

Lovely staff and fantastic views from 10th floor and very clean pool and hot pool was lovely! Diwn side was drier in suite not working after swim so ended up with wet togs and towels and no restaurant open, no bar open and when we stay in a supposed hotel we expect not to be charged $35 fir room service every day on top of $270 nz per night. Reception floor needs revarnishing badly! We've stayed here before in 2020 but this would be our last stay unless refurbished.

Toilet flush kept breaking and front office staff had to keep coming back to fix. Internet was slow and kept logging out. For the price for one night $311, wanted another $30 for off street parking….would I stay here again… no sorry!

Convenient location by motorway within walking distance of restaurants. Very dated and in need of a makeover. Service extremely limited.

Although the property is becoming a little dated the stay was still a good option being close to close proximity to cafes restaurants and transport.
