I was traveling with coworkers and had a long day after a convention and we were greeted with incredible service with a smile by Tuttie. She energized us with her humor, conversation, and her positive attitude. There was a minor issue with our credit cards at first, but she was able to find a workaround and didn’t have us waiting for long. The property was in great condition and the complimentary breakfast was hot and fully stocked. A true gem of a property especially with people like Tuttie working there.

My room had a lingering smell, tv was too old to support Xbox. Shower head was broken. Breakfast food was cold. Was not clean.

Tyla, who was working the front desk, was most helpful. She even came to our room to help my wife and me get on the internet. She was very friendly and represented your hotel in a most professional manner.

Very nice, staff had great customer service! Great location. Very easy to find. Staying for early morning doctor appointment only 2 miles from hospitals.

Highly recommend this hotel!!! The accommodations were clean and nicely kept and the entire hotel just smelt good. The breakfast was hot and fresh, and every employee we talked to had a smile and was friendly and welcoming. We also liked that the doors were locked at night and you needed a card to enter, and the gate around the parking lot was locked to all but guests. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Augusta.

Check in was great. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is older and needs some updating. Cracked tile in shower. Toilet was not secure. Chair in room was broken. I will say the bed was comfortable which is a plus. We were in town to see a concert, so hotel was very convenient to that. Overall the hotel is okay if you’re staying for a quick visit.

The staff at the property were excellent. We enjoyed The Museum. The Riverwalk was beautiful, had interesting sculptures and scenery. However, Walking toward town from the property, many of the shops are empty and in disrepair for several blocks before reaching open businesses, so we felt unsafe walking through that area. We did not feel unsafe staying at the property. There is gated parking and cards for entering.
