The cleanliness was terrible . The air conditioner barely worked . And the staff was unavailable. The elevators were gross. Would not stay there again

The breakfast was ok with limited choices.
This property is dated. Floors, hall carpet has stains throughout. Ice machine dirty, sheets had stains and hair. Remote control was dirty
and needed batteries.

Checking in and out was super easy, couldn’t find the tv remote control tho, had to change channels with cable box and no physical volume buttons on tv

Conveniently close to the fieldplay center—the gal at the front desk on the 3-11 shift was super nice and gave great customer service

Close to train station and family
Hotel needs a makeover. Room service not provided unless requested. Room walls dirty and tv not connected.
Elevators unsafe. Not working properly

We were stuck in the elevator and the panel didn’t work until we asked for help
The shower rod was hanging off the wall
The bath tub was filthy and would not drain
The bathroom door would not stay closed the lock was broken

Check in was quick & easy. Property needs updating as the ceiling plaster was peeling in several locations including the bathroom, bedroom, and in hallways. The location was convienent but noisy. Rooms where not well insulated for noise from other rooms, hallway, or parking lot.
