Upon arrival to room- The bed linens are not straightened; the room smells of past smoking though is considered a ‘non-smoking’ room; no soap provided at sink or in shower/tub area

The pillows are worn. The bed is hard. There is mildew on the roof. The price does not reflect the condition. The air-conditioning stinks. I want my money back but i need to sleep.

I feel like it's 5 stars for what it's worth, it's a lower level establishment pretty gross but is cheap.

The cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. Band aid on the ground, hair on the cups, used soap in the shower. Everything was just dirty overall.

The staff was very friendly. Considering our stay was during SXSW it was SUPER cheap, but it was clear why. The room we stayed in was in POOR condition. You could feel the springs in the bed, the AC unit would only allow you to move the temperature cooler; the "UP" button didn't work. The light bulbs were mission from the lamp. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. The pillows were FLAT. The previously used bar of soap was in the shower. The toilet seat was broken and wouldn't stay on when you lifted it. But other than that, it was great :-/

Good deal for the price compared to other hotel around at same price but poor property conditions. Mattress, at least in my room was hotel quality. Microwave mini fridge, good cable TV line up. Decoration is like in the pictures, classy and good conditions. I would stay here again.

Place was beyond disgusting. Floors and walls have dirt stains. NO SMOKE DETECTOR, NO TOWERS but the hand towels. Bed sheets dirty. HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING BY THE STAIRCASE.

Well I had been staying here for like 2 months. But these old old old people showed up whom I assume owners and all you here is telling and screaming in the parking lot close the owner gets off on kicking people out. I had reserved room and she can't go my door that I had to leave and accused me of having 5 people licking on my room which is community false. Please of you like kindness and respect do not stay here. The location is known for a bad element. Honestly I think it's a front. Cause thetr is never more than 10rooms rented. So either they have no idea of hospitality or just live to be bully's. I spent so much money there and feel like it was appreciated. Dave yourself the roach crawling on you and sirens a little more for a good stay. I never recommended this place

BEDBUGS!!!on covers of bed. No toilet paper. Graffiti on the lampshade. Broken toilet, Nasty bath tub/hower.Blood on the wall. DON'T STAY HERE
