The hotel was in a great location, it was clean, inviting and the staff was all very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and the breakfast buffet was really good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great value….only complaints were no blanket or linen readily available for sofa sleeper, no wash rags or body soap in shower….staff was very friendly…would recommend and go back…

Super nice staff; very BIG room and lovely accommodations. Like the HH vouchers and the complementary breakfast was so vast; fresh and plentiful of selections. Will be back.

Terrible food service. Menu and hours were limited, and, although we had made reservations in October, we were not told about the limited room service until check in. I have been staying at this hotel since the early 90’s, and can clearly say it has significantly declined in quality. This may have been our last stay.

Spacious room, smooth check in, however room was not replenished with towels before check in, and 2 elevators not working to get to 9th floor - where our room was located.

The staff is incredibly rude. Looks like they don't want to work, they are not accommodating at all or helpful. Half the elevators don't work. Weird smell in the hotel. Terrible stay

The condition of the bathroom was terrible. I took pictures of paint drips and paint all over the handles of the door. Also we were charged 45.00 dollars with tax to park in a dirty parking garage and both elevators were not working!
