I always like staying here and feel very comfortable but I have to mention this as this has happened before. The blackout roller shade won't operate. It happened in my coworkers room as well.

We were a bit disappointed that the pool was not clean and not heated so the kids couldn’t swim during our stay. We splurged for this hotel & it’s a bummer to not be able to enjoy it as advertised. I want to post this for other families so they can call ahead & check on the pool status before booking.

Great location right at UT campus. Tons of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel is nice, clean, and comfy.

The only full length mirror was in the bathroom… There needs to be one in the actual room

Beautiful hotel. Beds were comfortable. The water was good (it's not often that I will drink tap water). Breakfast buffet was very good value for the money. The view of the tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
