Property has been renovated and crews continue to keep it in good condition. Staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Only suggestions are to add a bench with a back on it at the foot of the bed to facilitate Putin shoes and watching TV and to switch to firmer mattress's.

The new upgrades are lovely - light and bright and the staff are amazing - We have been staying here at this hotel for many years and it is even better than ever....

Room above (302)- heavy foot thumping late in evening & early morn - other than that - bed is one of the best we have slept in,

Check in is horrible. Keep your bags out in the open if your early so just know it’s not a secure process. No elevator so you’ll be lugging your things., as they don’t do it. Otherwise great location.

Super easy walk from the ferry. Staff was very friendly. Great location right on the water! Rooftop patio with great view!

Great location and view. Staff excellent. Shower head too low, bathroom sink slow drain. No night stand lights. Shades did not prevent light from getting in.

They need a mechanic to fix the sliding doors to the rooms (the only entrance). It's NOT a key problem and staff kept offering us more keys. The problem is that the hook on the door and the slot on the frame DO NOT LINE UP. It was almost impossible to lock or unlock every time we entered and exited.
Also, the "pub" was very weird, played nightclub-like music in the daytime and then closed at night! There was nowhere to hang out after dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bellanca Hotel! You really can't beat the location, walking distance to the beach, the ******, ziplining, golf cart rentals etc! Also, the staff is wonderful! Sandra really made us feel welcome and helped with everything we needed! Shout out to Manny at the front desk as well!

Unfortunately the 110VAC outlet in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We had arranged a Atrium room and ended up in the entry way to all the rooms. It gets noisy. Very nice staff!
