It was definitely a nice place to stay. It reminds me of the old Bed & Breakfasts from the old days. It’s a true 3-star hotel nothing more nothing less. I recommend it for sure. Don’t take my 3-Star rating as bad it’s just the honest truth and I would rebook this hotel.
Staff was very nice
One of our room they forget to check the dresser and some lady left dirty underwear in the drawer.
Complementary breakfast food and drinks are available 24 hours which is a very nice touch.
Is located in the quiet location

Excellent location, very accommodating and friendly staff. The room was clean and there was a large beautiful bathroom and lovely courtyard with a fire pit. Coffee and prepackaged danish was available downstairs for breakfast but there were no plates. There were no glasses or ice bucket in the room but I was able to get some in the breakfast room.
I really appreciated the ability to check out later because we had to change plans because of bad weather.

The room was clean, the beds were not that comfortable. My back hurt from sleeping in the futon. The place was quiet and cozy and the fire pit in the courtyard was a nice little touch. Check in and check out were super easy, and we had not problem getting there.

Overall good experience. Clean and close to the main center, but away from the noise. The only downside is the lack of service. There was only one gentleman running the place. We had to call for him to show up and check us in and out. There is no room service. If you need anything, you have to call, leave a message, and wait for a response. I went to get a drink from a vending machine and a delivery guy asked me to sign for a delivery since no one else was around. Call me old fashioned, but I want to see SOMEONE working the front desk, it felt deserted. I would still recommend and stay at this property.

The front desk gentleman was helpful and all the property was in good condition. Fireplace was a nice touch. Jet tub did not work

We loved our stay at the Catalina Courtyard Suites! The location was perfect, a quick walk to the center of town, but not directly on a main road. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the coffee and bagels in the morning. We slept extremely well in our room, the room darkening shades were top tier. The only issue was our tv in our room, but not a huge problem on our end.

Property is beautiful with all of the plants and succulents in the patio. Staff is very accommodating and cheerful. Will stay again!!!
