We had a wonderful stay as a family. The hotel’s location was beautiful, and the petting zoo was a delightful experience for all of us. The food was good, and the staff was always attentive to our needs. We were celebrating my mother's 60th birthday, and upon request, the hotel arranged a beautiful surprise candlelight dinner, making it an unforgettable evening. A special thanks to Harish, Santosh, and Ankul from the restaurant for their efforts, and to Mr. Rakesh Shinde, the manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway.

Excellent stay, had an awesome time.. Stayed for 3 days with family and my Kid enjoyed alot Petting the Animals.. The weather was soo awesome and we just enjoyed this leisure stay.. Worth coming back. Many Parrots & Dogs were the attraction.. Rabits, Monkey, Cow & Horse ride.. Everything was fun..

Loved everything about Manas food, ambience and stay. Stayed for 3 nights at superior valley view room included with breakfast and dinner or lunch plan. Property is well maintained and huge with many room option. View of mountain with distance train passing by on bridge with all the fog was mind blowing. Food was both breakfast and dinner which we tried was amazing. Staff too were great, Vashinavi at front desk was very helpful and guide us through all property facilities. Saturday dinner ambience was too good to be true, it was like candle light dinner with alll lighting lamp all around dinner area and individual table.Staff has taken much effort to light all the lamp which were around 100-200 in numbers. There was flute performance and that also enhanced dinner experience to next level. Pet here are too friendly . Manas too much care of these animals. There are many indoor activity like board games - chess, Ludo. Also games like caroom, pool table and table tennis. There are option for SPA too. In summary enjoyed every moment at Manas resort and petting zoo. Highly recommend to stay for lifetime experience.

Apart from Petting Zoo Experience, the hotel experience was disappointing. The hygiene standards were lacking, the rooms had an unpleasant odor, and the facilities were poorly maintained. The food was excessively priced and lacked flavor. We extend our gratitude to Chef Vijendra for the Khichadi and to Ganesh for assisting us with our luggage. Overall, this hotel is overpriced and fails to meet basic hygiene standards. We are currently in room 501 R and paid 43,000 for three nights, which has made for a regrettable long weekend getaway. Additionally, after 10:45 PM, there are no food options available within the hotel due to its remote location, not even basic items like bread and butter. Some staff members were quite rude and lacked basic communication skills. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Nice place......The petting zoo is maintained well the staff is good ....... we had a good time with the animals.. my kid enjoyed the most..... food was good.. very courteous and helpful staff..............,..........................

The stay was absolutely delightful. It was a wonderful experience will surely visit again. Rooms are neat and clean. Service is prompt. Petting zoo adds to the charm and is very well maintained. The staff is very cooperative and friendly….

Ambience of resort is impressive. PETS AND ZOO was too clean and maintained, kudos to the staff who maintained it so well. 4.5 FT SWIMMING POOL was too good and well maintained with clean, kids swimming pool was slight dull and not clean. Dogs petting experience is awesome, team did it well. Rooms were spacious, bathroom taps to be maintained, too hot water tap not adjusting in other rooms too of friends family. Food quality can be increased specially for nonveg.

evening entertainment is must otherwise stay gets boring. Food quality needs serious improvement.petting zoo experience is amazing.Rooms are quite congested, hot and cold water adjustment is difficult. Swimming pool is small and its not even properly clean
