River Rock Hotel

I was in River rock hotel in September 2023, 2 weeks. I can say one of the best hotel. I was many times in Cyprus but RR hotel is very nice, decorating modern and stylish. I really like it. Very nice polite service and they do very good job 👌🏻! Very good choice food on breakfast. I'm sure even fussy person find something to eat. At evening is buffet £15 pp. Again very good choice and tasty food! Internet working perfectly. Brilliant working air-conditioning amazing! 😻 Good shower with very good water pressure, hair dryer, soap, gel etc. Comfortable beds, medium size of balcony with small table and 2 chairs. Small fridge with a petit freezer😁 but you can put in 1 bag of ice cubes and a bottle of whiskey 😉. Kettle, mirror, wardrobe, TV. Cleaning daily but one of the cleaner a bit avoided job and prefer more talking than cleaning 😁. Good attitude at work 😁 less work -more talk😁. Cleaner changed towels every 2-3 days. In the hotel is the gym with shower. After check out we can take shower before long journey to home. A few lifts in the building, good for people with medical issues. Around the hotel you can find many shops & restaurants. 10 min to town and 15 to the beach. 10 min driver to Nissy Beach 🤩. In my opinion hotel isn't for family with kids. Nothing to do for very young visitors. Perfect for adults, couples but not for family with kids. Manager are in shadow 👀 and walking around the hotel, check 👀 personnel during the work 😉 so maybe that's why everything is ok and staff working fine 😉?! Of course it's very discreet and not I didn't feel uncomfortable or something like that ! I had beautiful holiday as always in Cyprus 🌴😁. High recommend River Rock Hotel! One of the best in my experience ✅

Just returned from a fantastic week at River Rock Hotel. Location is great for Ayia Napa’s night life and beach. The hotel is very stylish and spotlessly clean. We loved sitting in the terrace bar in the sunshine people watching, it’s a great place to relax The staff are so lovely and helpful Will definitely return

I have to say this is the best hotel have ever stayed at the place is so clean and modern but most off all the staff are the best about they will do anything for you to make your stay good and the bar staff well they are the best people we had the best time here and we will definitely be back ten out of ten and so close to everything

Does what is says on the tin. Central Ayia Napa, super clean and very decent buffet breakfast! Very good for a 3* hotel.

Cozy and comfortable hotel.The best staff. Kateryna is the head waitress, she is a professional and a very good person who is always smiling 😊The cleaning lady Andriana is also very polite and kind.The hotel manager is always friendly and does everything to improve the hotel,also bar manager and his team. Thank you very much for a good stay here❤️

2nd time visiting ayia napa and into our 2nd week at river rock, reception was stunning as always, our room this time was ok but a lot more wear and tear, the table was so badly stained we spoke to reception in the morning to change which was done quickly. Very chilled atmosphere, pool is lovely and bar area is clean. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and our cleaner is friendly and polite. Cons - food.. where do I start.. again first time no complaints (April 2019) this time however struggling. We were originally only breakfast but added on half board but wish we didn’t. No matter what time you go down it’s cold unless you get it straight from the cooking chef. Breakfast - hot dog sausages every day is not what you want to see. Occasially there is pork sausages which are alot better but only seen them twice in 9 days. Fresh rolls but bread isn’t great. Cooking station last time had fresh omelettes this time only pancakes or waffles and cold fried eggs. Dinner - this is even less bearable as everytine we have went it’s been cold. Desserts some days can be good the chocolate pudding with white choc sauce is my favourite but no chocolate fountain. Buying food from the lunch menu however was spot on, hot, fresh and tasty I know when it’s a buffet can be harder to keep things hot though but every day at any time it never seems to be hot. Head Waitress is lovely always talks and is very friendly.

Genuinely horrible experience. Some of the most inconsiderate and rude staff I have ever witnessed. They have 0 care for you being there nor for your holiday. I was kicked out of the pool 30 mins before closing time, denied fresh towels and bedding (which they say you can every 1/2 days) - and I wouldn’t for one second leave any valuables in your room as staff come in and out for fun throughout the day

First holiday away with my partner and we couldn’t have picked a nicer hotel. Very modern, very friendly staff, perfect sized rooms, decent food, our stay couldn’t have got any better! Great for couples or families. Would definitely return back one day. 10/10 :)

Fantastic 3 star hotel. All areas clean & good food, especially HB dinner options. Bar area very nice, which includes a Shisha lounge which is nice touch. If I had any critisism it would be that glasses & tea/coffee mugs were not replaced with clean ones when used, this is due to not having these on the trolleys when cleaning rooms or maybe no one uses these in room usually? It was my birthday when I was staying and was left a bottle of wine & some fruit, which was lovely touch
