We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! Absolutely beautiful Hotel which never fails to disappoint. Hotel is spotlessly clean thanks to the wonderful Housekeeping Team. The rooms are modern with all on trend fixtures and fittings designed to make your stay at Napa Mermaid one to remember. The food and drinks are second to none - there will always be something for you to eat, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Lots of outside space around the pool to spend your lazy days & a beautiful bar to enjoy a cocktail watching the sun go down. If you feel like working out whilst enjoying the delights of Napa Mermaid, the gym has everything you need for a good workout! I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you book this wonderful Hotel which is just far enough outside of Ayia Napa for you to stroll into Town to enjoy the nightlife or jump a cab!

Not long been back from a 9 night stay at this hotel. Only have positive things to say about the hotel. Immaculately clean in all areas from the hotel rooms to all public areas including the pool 🏊. We stayed on a b&b basis and the choice was plentiful and fresh at breakfast. You could eat outside and enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the sea or eat inside in the airy, comfortable air conditioned restaurant. The vibe at this hotel is one of peace and tranquility. There are day time activities to get involved with but there is no pressure. This was our second visit to the hotel this year. We very much enjoyed the bbq evening and international night. The hotel went above and beyond - we wanted to see a European football ⚽️ match in Nicosia and the hotel staff assisted in obtaining a Cypriot fan identity to allow us to buy tickets which was not an easy process, so we were really grateful for their help and advice. Our favourite area to relax were the super comfy sun loungers on the raised beach area with fantastic views of the sea and beach literally metres away. Thank you to the team at the Grecian Sands. Can’t wait to return.

The breakfast is good! It's rich in varieties! The taste is not bad! The room is a bit small! Good location! The hotel has a parking lot! In the off-season, there is few places for dining near the hotel!

I feel obliged to write this review as someone who stalked reviews before we went away , you spend forever saving for holidays wanted to ensure it was right for us. So.. We booked this hotel when it was advertised as a 4 Star , we received an email from our holiday provider to state that it had changed to a 3. If we wanted to change our accommodation we could , without and admin fee. I looked for other hotels and the difference was nearly £1100.00 our holiday was already paid and we really toyed with the idea of changing. However the financial part of it just didn't seem worth it. We stuck with our choice and headed to our holiday of 10days. Family of 3 - Daughter is 9. We arrived at the hotel , nice man on desk very informative and was handed our key. A KEY with a massive key ring , which I have never had before. We had a family room , we didn't have an updated one unfortunately. Bathroom was very small not much room to put your toiletries. Beds were big and comfy , balcony mid size. We were on the main road & I am a light sleeper so struggled with the traffic noise for a few nights. Bedsheets weren't the cleanest there were stains. We had ants one evening called to reception and we had someone come to our room an sort it within minutes but still not really what you want on holiday. Air con was great kept room freezing which is what we needed as it was SOOO HOT! Cleaners didn't really clean your room , bed was made and floor was moped we came back numerous times to soaking wet floor which we had to use towels to dry it as it was soaking! Food- We woke up next morning headed to breakfast , nice food nice selection not massive which is what I am used to on all inclusive but that had what any brit abroad needed. Cups of tea were lush! Lunch - Snack bar was really good selection of food , it closes just before dinner and lunch starts so you have to get there in time to get something but food was nice. Dinner hall food was a good selection of things over the 10 days. For kids there was 2 trays one with nuggets other with chips that was it. There are themed evenings , we ate out 2 nights as there was nothing my daughter would have eaten. So many lovely bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. The evening food Asian night was my fave and we really enjoyed that. Desserts for kids , there's ice cream that's it. 2 different cake option for adults not much else. Pool - Was like getting in a bath needed a cool down from the heat but didn't get one lol Area was always clean lifeguard was always out and around watching and talking to people to keep them safe which was nice too see. Beds easy to get in the morning , as a brit i always went down early with towels because its in my blood :) Hotel staff were amazing , always had a smile and a good morning really lovely people. Wonderful hotel. We loved it so much last year we returned again this year accompanied by two friends. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds, a great shower and feel light and air.. Everything is well thought through from socket location to storage. The hotel is spotlessly clean. A special mention to the lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch who cleaned the downstairs floor by the buffet and pool area endlessly. Although you were busy, you always said hello and spent a few moments to chat. The staff are warm and welcoming and genuinely can’t do enough for you. We arrived at 03.00 am to be greeted warmly and enthusiastically by the wonderful Irena. Irena, you are a joy, you greeted us nightly with your infectious personality and warm hospitality. Buffet breakfast was amazing, every taste catered for, seating both indoors or outside was a wonderfully relaxed start to the day. The restaurant food was excellent with beautiful views of the sea. The restaurant staff were all friendly, charming and hard working. Again, nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we arrived late one evening for a nightcap (as the restaurant was closing) we were greeted warmly and encouraged to take our time. This hotel really does feel special. The owner Lisa is visible and very much hands on at all times checking everyone has everything they need for a wonderful stay. I've never returned to the same hotel twice but we loved this hotel & the staff so much so we will definitely be back again for a 3rd, 4th etc visit…... I think it will be hard to find another hotel as good as this one on many levels. Thank you to everyone at the Flamingo Paradise Beach Hotel for such a wonderful holiday & warm stay.

This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.

Beautiful chilled out hotel right on the sea front, Our room was on the top floor seafront so we had some amazing views The room was a good size , very clean as expected small TV and fridge but the fridge wasn't that great barely kept things chilled , the bed was so comfortable though had some great sleeps The Aircon wasn't the best though you literally had to stand under it too feel it The bathroom had a walk in shower but sometimes the pressure wasn't great did the job though The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of English and continental food always found something to eat when we went can't comment on the lunch and dinner . The hotel has a very chilled out vibe , lovely staff always saying hello to you apart from when we left and handed the key in the dark haired lady at reception didnt say 1 word to us - no everything ok , did you enjoy yourself have a nice trip - she just looked at the pair of us like mmmm like what was we doing here - my partner looked at me and said the exact same thing - stuck up - your a receptionist love dont look down on us your on minimum wage in cyprus - apart from her all the other staff where ok we went out every night but there was a piano player in the main bar on one night don't no if there's any other entertainment The pool is too small for the hotel and has been said the sunbed hoggers are here in force Saw a few children here but there really is nothing for them to do apart from the pool Pros Lovely view if sea facing The vibe Very clean Friendly staff well most of them Good food Location . Excellent rooms , room service brilliant with my annoying child, extremely clean rooms spacious reasonable prices good location, helpful staff lovely breakfast would defo stay again indoor pool bar restaurant everything u need
