Hotel im Park

It has been our second time when we decided to visit the hotel and we’ve been extremely disappointed. First, we put a comment in our reservation that we are doing to the hotel for the second time and would like to have the same table for dinner which we had the first time. Nobody read our comment on the reservation and the man at the reception even asked us whether it’s the first time in the hotel. Maybe it’s better to read guest comments? Secondly, even though we came to the hotel for the second time, they gave us a room with on small window with a view of the road and parking space. The whole day sth has worked very loudly on the roof and it was extremely noisy in our room even with closed windows. So we asked to change the room. The man at the reception has changed the room but during check out, without notifying us he charged 150€ more for an “upgrade”. We were shocked. You just cannot do it at 4 stars superior hotel which costs a lot of money. Thirdly, in Therme Hotel they don’t have any slippers for the sauna and swimming pool. They said that don’t have it for many months because they have problems with deliveries. Well, why you are selling rooms at a high price in your hotel if you don’t have basic things? And why you didn’t notify guests in advance about it? Fourthly, for sauna and swimming pool they give ordinary white bath towel which is too small and thin for sauna and Swimming pool. On the top, they are too old. Why not provide big sauna towels to customers so that they can feel comfortable in the sauna? In the hotel room, they have only body lotion, no hair conditioner, no cotton pads and cotton swabs. This is not a level of 4 stars superior hotel in Austria. They charge high prices but cannot provide adequate and professional service. The only good thing was the food in the restaurant. The waiter in the Aquila bar has too much work and cannot satisfy all customers. We’ll not come again to the Romantik hotel. You have lost the customers because of your non-professionalism and greediness

Es war ein sehr erholsames Wochenende und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Saunabereich und die Aufgüsse waren mein persönliches Highlight.

Wir kommen sehr gerne hier her. Eine angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, eine ausgezeichnete Küche, ein wunderschöner Außenbereich und Garten und last but not least - ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Gutes Hotel mit hohem Erholungsfaktor. Wellness Oase die für Personen 60+ perfekt ist. Essen sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Bedienung mit perfekten Deutschkenntnissen und gut ausgebildet. Küche hat noch Luft nach oben.

Zimmer (wir hatten eine der Altstadt-Suiten), Sauberkeit, Service und das Essen waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Ein Kritikpunkt ist die viel zu hohe Raum-Temperatur in allen Ruheräumen des Spa-Bereiches

Super Hotel! Der leichte Durchhänger bei den Küchenleistungen ist aufgehoben und man ist wieder zur alten sehr guten Küche übergegangen. Das Personal ist wie gewohnt äußerst freundlich. Kommen bald wieder

wir schätzen die Qualität des Hauses, das Ambiente, Spa und wellness, die Massagen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, die Produkte kommen aus der Region. Der Koch macht daraus echt leckere Gerichte. Seit Jahren kommen wir ins Hotel im Park - und werden auch wiederkommen

Wir waren zum 32. Mal da und freuen uns schon wieder auf das nächste Mal. Ds Hotel im Park ist ein Haus mit tollem Erholungswert, wo Alles stimmig ist. Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem die Küche ist von herausragender Qualität!

Leider ist das Ambiente, die Kulinarik und das Personal nicht mehr das was es mal war. Das Hotel kommt nun in die Jahre und man merkt dad überall. Neuerungen bleiben aus. Im Wellnessbereich funktionieren auch nicht alle Düsen in den Becken. Gesamteindruck nicht mehr so toll.
