The place was great, very near to tourist spots and restaurants. The FO staffs are very nice and helpful.

Convenient and walking distance to restaurants. Burnham park across the hotel, long jogging/ running path.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have the things we needed for our stay. Although they do not have the latest appliances, what they have does the work. Breakfast meals were plated and serving is generous.
Would just recommend brighter comfort room lights and refrigerator deodorizer.

No WiFi in room 311 for 2 days. Breakfast is normal for me ,who is from overseas. Shower water not hot and water pressure low. Hotel is also served as a Services Apartment.

Hotel is already old. You can tell with the way rooms are decorated, it has a musky strange smell too (but tolerable), bad WI-FI/internet connection too.
What makes this hotel good is the staff. All hotel staff are friendly, approachable and very professional. They also have a decent plated breakfast which you can have as room service. If this hotel will be renovated it will be a great spot for tourists since it is fronting Burnham park.
