Hyatt Place Bakersfield

Had a comfortable stay at Hyatt Place during my business trip. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was commendable. However, the breakfast options could use improvement for a more satisfying start to the day.

Everything good, room clean, bedding set and towels still look new. The room's price ok and include breakfast for 6 persons. Near Gas station and mini market. Worthy for families. Will be here again 😊

Great location, close to a variety of restaurants and gas stations. Hotel is new with spacious rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel is near the CSU Bakersfield campus. I appreciate that there is a mall across from the hotel with Albertson's and Trader Joe's among other fast food and eateries. I had to stop by Albertson's late at night... I should also mention that it is located on Coffee (a main arterial) so I can hear traffic but it's not bad at all; it certainly beat the other hotel which was near a railroad track with trains blasting screaming whistles. The Hyatt Place offers clean comfortable rooms. There was lots of space in the room to move around and a comfortable table with lots of open area on the table (I put up a 24" monitor next to my laptop) and chair to do some office work. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice staff greets you coming and leaving. Yes, I'd definitely come back here again.

The front desk staff were incredible and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Very clean. Very quite. Safe. Accessible parking @ no extra charge. Many food options walking distance.

If you have to go to Bakersfield you’d might as well stay here. The hotel was lovely, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and clean, rooms are roomy and the location was nicer than the other places I saw in Bakersfield. Staff was also great.

1 late night stay. Arrived approx. 11pm. Clean, large shower and nice room. Staff was friendly and professional. Woke-up earliy for breakfast. The food spread was simple but good! Checkout was easy & quick. Note: No microwave and water not free if your not a member. Will consider again for another stay, when visiting Bakersfield. Reservations made via *******.

The service from the staff was not great. Upon arrival we were given a room, but it was already occupied, and we had to go downstairs and get a new room. The person in the room was shcocked, and the staff handled it in an ok way but not with the appropriate apologies. Second, the breakfast was very poor and closed already at 9. We were in the middle of eating at the time, and the staff just cleaned off everything, putting up chairs etc, while we were eating. Very rude? The place was otherwise clean and practically located.
