I’ve just spent a fabulous 4 days in Baku, Azerbaijan which was made all the more special with my stay at the Four Seasons. I’d booked 3 nights with the 3rd night complimentary as they had an offer on. Upon my arrival I was treated to a smooth check in, then shown straight to my room which was fantastic. I’d booked a deluxe old city view which didn’t disappoint. Beautifully furnished, a fabulous marble bathroom with a separate dressing area and a great view of the old city from the balcony. I was on the 8th floor. Throughout my stay I was made to feel most welcome by all the staff & on my birthday I was treated to several complimentary cakes which tasted great but were not great for my waste line. I treated myself to dinner at Zafferano, which is where I’d been eating breakfast. Having stayed at serval Four Season properties I was a little disappointed with their breakfast, on the first morning I had Eggs Benedict which was just OK, the eggs were small and very watery. The following morning I asked for an omelette, this again was just average at best. However, dinner was a completely different affair. As a birthday treat to myself I had their pumpkin soup to start which was delicious, then their seafood risotto! Cooked perfectly and very tasty. Then I went for their Irish beef Sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. I didn’t need a dessert as I’d had an ever growing cake collection in my room. I spent my days walking round Baku, exploring the old city, visiting museums and clocking up well over 30 miles. I spent my early evening relaxing by their pool which was a little haven of peace on their 7th floor. As my return flight times weren’t great, I was treated to a complimentary late check out, which I was very thankful of. Before I checked out I ordered their Club sandwich from their room in room dining menu via their app. Ordering was easy but yet again the food was only average at best! Having stayed in some fabulous properties all around the world I consider myself a bit of a Club sandwich connoisseur, and sadly this didn’t really make the grade. My overall experience was very positive, and with just a few tweaks this place would be a 10/10! I’d definitely recommend it, I’d definitely recommend Baku and I’d definitely go back. Beautiful city, fantastic property, great service with a super location within the city. You couldn’t really ask for more.

My room was absolutely amazing with a stunning view of the Caspian Sea. During the day I was able to enjoy this view, relax on the balcony and watch sunsets that left an impression of a lifetime. View from the room – 10/10. Breakfast – 9/10 (the variety and quality of food was impressive). Indoor pool – 10/10 (modern equipment and pleasant a**osphere). I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of the Four Seasons Hotel Baku for their excellent service, attentiveness and warmth. I would like to express my special gratitude to the concierge, who made my stay even more comfortable and interesting. His recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were gold and his professional approach to organizing my time was second to none. I'm sure this was not my last visit and I would like to receive additional bonuses and privileges for future visits. Tips for future travelers: Book a sea view room - it's worth every penny. Don't skip the hotel breakfasts, they are truly amazing. Try relaxing in the indoor pool - it's the perfect place to unwind. Explore the hotel's surrounding area, including the waterfront and historical sites. Feel free to contact the staff with any questions or queries - they are always ready to help. Take advantage of your room's balcony for stunning sea and city views. The variety of cocktails in the hotel bar is impressive - try them out. Explore the artificial lake inside the hotel, which creates a unique a**osphere. Visit the spa for unforgettable trea**ents and massages. After sunset, go for a walk around the promenade - it's a charming place for an evening stroll.

My wish is that I will only ever stay in hotels as nice as the Four Seasons Hotel Baku. Sigh. This hotel is simply beautiful from top to bottom and comfort and luxury abound. The room was large and gorgeous, with an impressively large bathroom. The bed was soft and luxurious. The service was very attentive, the breakfast was quite nice. The location is also great, located practically on the water and in the heart of Baku. This is a great hotel for your visit to Baku, be it for work or pleasure.

Great hotel, fine services, excellent food at restaurants, rooms full of various amenities. I recommend to stay in higher floors for the view over the city. One minus: shops at ground floor much more expensive than others similar. A little bit unusual for a luxury hotel is that at the breakfast does not exist self service for cofee, should be ordered at waiters at it take some time. For a coffee addict could be a little bit difficult.

Excellent upmarket hotel. Very friendly staff, nothing too big or small. Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Missed a night so they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite facing the old town / overlooking the flame towers. Lovely room, cleaned twice per day and comfy beds. There’s a lovely bar on site which also had a pianist on the Friday evening; plus a whiskey/ cigar lounge which was pleasant. Drinks in both were great. Also used the room service option. Chocolate fondant was excellent, chicken sandwich average but a decent selection and prices of the mini bar fridge weren’t unreasonable. There is also a spa on site, although didn’t use it prices weren’t advertised and couldn’t find much online (even tried downloading the four seasons app). Did ring them to get prices but can’t recall what they are. The hotel also has an A** which is really handy as taxis are predominantly cash based if you use the Bolt app to get a driver. You can also rent scooters to get around the city which are a very short walk away from the hotel (and worth it considering the traffic!). Felt very safe here and would definitely return back to the same hotel again.
