The Kanjeng Resort Ubud

I first want to commend the staff for their friendliness as well as being proactive when we needed something. Unfortunately that’s were me commending things ends… The pictures were very misleading. We originally drove passed as the reception looks nothing like the images. There is a new building next door that the units now look onto which is an eyesore the main dining area was no exist but instead was replaced by a smaller area . The room had the basic necessities but was in need of a proper clean. Overall I don’t think that it was worth the cost.

My partner and I just got back from a weekend at this resort, and it was fantastic, The atmosphere was super romantic, perfect for couples. Our room had a gorgeous view and a comfy bed. It made our mornings feel special. Plus, the pool was a highlight, we spent hours relaxing together.

Almost all the pictures are rigged or from another location. It is a mess of a dirty, unkempt hotel with staff only of 12-15 year old children. At breakfast, the food was few and spoiled. Don't be fooled by fake websites and reviews. It is the same hotel Puria Sunia. Keep away!

À éviter: moisissures sur les plafonds, moustiquaires, linges de toilette et literies. Service déplorable: le personnel ne s’est pas réveillé pour nous donner nos breakfast box demandées à plusieurs reprises la veille en rappelant nos obligations, j’ai du insister pour avoir une literie de plus alors qu’on avait payé une chambre triple (idem pour le 3ème déjeuner), la piscine n’était pas propre et aucune piscine en chambre comme présenté sur les photos internet (ils étaient même étonnés de la question…). Bref: rien à voir avec un 4 étoiles!!!
