This hotel has a lot of potential, but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. There were stains on everything. The bedsheets were covered in stains, and when we asked for a new set, the new ones we were given were covered in stains as well. When we asked about this, we were told they were all like this. We ended up having to use our own one time use sheet and slept on top of the blanket for 3 nights. The towels we were given during our stay were also satined as well. There was some damage to the mirror in the bathroom and all of the faucets had bad hard water stains on them as well. The bed looks like it was never cleaned underneath, which is easy to see because you have to walk up steep stairs to get to the bedroom on the second floor. During our stay, there was a lady who was playing loud music next to the pool which could be heard in our unit, and she was not asked to be mindful of other guests by the staff.There is also a bar directy accross the street that plays music untill 2am every day. Another point to note is that the restaurant that is attached to the hotel is no longer in service, so besides breakfast, you are unable to get any food or drinks from the hotel. The look of the property itself is very nice and the pool is relaxing. One of the three men who worked on staff was very polite and helpful, even bringing us hot water in the evening time when we asked for it. This hotel could be very nice if it was given a good deep cleaning, had all of the bedsheets replaced, and was given some TLC. I have stayed at places in Bali that are more affordable and more comfortable. Sadly, the state of this hotel now is not worth the money you will pay.

You should be upgrade your swimming pool and housekeeping.

Logement sympa autour d’une belle piscine. Le personnel est au petit soin. Très bon rapport qualité / prix!
