服務非常認真，房間非常好，跟照片一摸一樣，很適合安靜的度假，服務生每天會過來點蚊香打掃衞生和澆花，還會問你明天想吃什麼，早餐都是在房間廚房給你現做，嚐了煎蛋、煎餅還有炒麪，很不錯。剛好趕上我過生日，酒店不知道怎麼知道了，可能是登記護照的時候看到的，不僅幫我佈置了床（大象和小人很可愛）還全體員工在下午過來給我唱生日歌吃蛋糕點蠟燭，一瞬間有種到了海底撈的感覺。所有服務生都是微笑服務，每次都跟你打招呼幫你拎行李幫你打車幫你跟當地人溝通。非常推薦

We had 6 ladies staying for a girls trip away and the kumpi village made the stay fantastic. They helped us with all our requirements. Staff were friendly and security made us feel safe and took us when we needed to go and do a big supermarket shop. We will definitely be back her again. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.

Excellent service from the staff. They are friendly, efficient, and always ready to greet and help us. The road to the hotel is very small. However it is very easy to get ride-hailing car through app. Walking distance to the Seminyak beach and the hotel also provides free shuttle there. There's lots of mini marts and shops around like Seminyak Square. Hotel also provides some novels to read. A good place to relax.

We recently stayed 5 nights in the 3 brm villa, the villa was perfectly suited to our needs with plenty of space and privacy. Really good location with a 2 min walk to restaurants and shopping 5 min walk to the beach. The in-house breakfast every morning were a lovely added touch and the pancakes were 10/10. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Excellent villa with 3 large rooms. Quiet at night and 5min walking distance to all the restaurants and pubs. Highly recommended. The cleaners did a good job every day.

Stayed in 3 bedroom villa with friends for 3 nights and it was great! The location is close to shopping, food, and the beach. The villa was clean and comfortable, no issues at all. Best of all, the staff was amazing. They are all so helpful and friendly! Asti was accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend staying here & if I return to Bali I will definitely book Kumpi Villas again!

We loved our villa. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor shower was a great addition. The location was great, near restaurants and shopping. The staff were warm, welcoming and really looked after us. We would love to return.

Excellent place to stay when travelling with a family. Location is excellent. The staff are wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful, cannot fault their hospitality. The villa is clean and tidy. The kitchen and kitchen amenities could do with a upgrade, but still ok. We are defiantly coming back to stay here. The layout of the villa just worked so perfectly for our family of 4. Thank you Kumpi Villas for making our Bali experience so relaxing and great.
