The villa is nice and the pool is a great size. Not one of the best villas I’ve stayed in in Seminyak and could do with a freshen up but it was adequate. I stayed over Christmas so it was more expensive than better villas I have stayed in for less at other times, however it was fine for 3 nights. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable.

Family holiday for 4nights in Seminyak. Villa was disappointing compared to photographs and villas we’ve stayed at before in this area- Peppers/Dusun. Staff were lovely but owners are failing to put money back into business…towels were very grey and old looking, marks on walls, kitchen in poor state, some tiles coming off pool. Plug didn’t work in bath which I’d noted was on a previous comment years ago!! Garden was lovely and position is good but clearly owners are squandering opportunities and resources. Such a shame, we paid $500/night for 2 bed villa but money would have been better spent elsewhere.

I stayed at RC villas in Dec 2023. It was the worst villa experience in my entire Bali trip. The lobby is small and unimpressive. The service by front desk person Gede is extremely unprofessional. He insisted that I had two extra coffees for breakfast. I told him that although I asked for it, it was not delivered. He was rude and lacked customer service training. Only after I called Ayu who prepared breakfast in my villa, he agreed reluctantly that it was his mistake. He did not even apologize for this. What kind of horrendous experience is this? Upon check in , I have to choose breakfast for the next day and select eggs/ noodles and either juice or coffee. The juices are served with sugar ; so if you want yours without sugar, you need to tell them in advance. RC villas is at best a two or three star hotel with sub optimal breakfast experience. The pool is dirty. Even though we asked for floating breakfast, we did not eat it in the pool because it is not maintained and not clean. The bed was ok but the place is a big run down, walls dirty, a stinky smell from the entire toilet area , toilet flush is very slow and takes a long time to flush, and there are geckos everywhere. The service by the male attendant at night was very good. He helped arrange grab and was very courteous. Service by Ayu who prepared our breakfast was very good. But in the morning, it was horrendous and rude service by Gede. He needs serious customer service training and training in hospitality standards , greeting the customer , speaking to customers etc. This was the worst villa experience in my 5 day Bali trip. I stayed at madani antique villas ( good) Samaya Ubud ( superb), Andara villas ( average) , munduk moding plantation ( outstanding and excellent), RC villas ( disgusting and horrendous) and oberoi beach resort Seminyak ( very good) . Please do yourself and favor and don’t stay here - just book another villa - or if you can afford to splurge a bit , you cannot go wrong with the phenomenal Oberoi Beach resort next door.

Situated in a great location, the villas are very different and open plan designed yet private. They have a small kitchenette with sink, gas cooktop & medium bar type fridge (NO POTS, PANS or CROKERY) the facilities re for the staff that come & cook your breakfast in your own Villa, they also have a large water bottle (so you don't have to buy bottled water) reasonable TV & sound system with lounge which is open one end to the very large pool for a private villa. The bedroom is very comfortable with a great sized cabinet & shelves area for all your clothes and stuff (many places forget to provide an area like drawers or shelving for clothes etc), also has a large bathroom with a great size bath, both outdoor & indoor shower & garden setting. The prices were very reasonable when contacting the place direct we had a very spacious one bedroom pool villa with cooked breakfast included in AUG 23 (around $250k IDR would be very reasonable from what I know?)

The villas are beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We had a great time.

Pros- - Great staff - location Cons- - Towels and bedding - clean but greyish washout look - Kitchen area - don’t expect to cook! About one pan and one utensil - Most useless sunbed. Very uncomfortable and the plastic material get ultra hot…ouch - Sun only available between 10.30 and 3.30 in garden area - Generally needs an update
