Our stay in this "hotel" was terribly absurd for all the wrong reasons reasons: The pool, advertised as available for use, is actually out of order for the duration of our booking. Advertising a private kitchen, but lacking basic amenities like gas for the stove or basically anything you need to cook. What's the point of having a private kitchen if it's unusable? The pictures of the room we selected on Trip.com were incredibly misleading. On top of that, there isn't even a single chair provided. To make matters worse, immediately after we checked in, there's loud earpslitting noise coming from the next construction undergoing in the next room, making it impossible to relax. Then the shower was just too filthy to even describe it. They should have disclosed these issues beforehand so we could have canceled our booking. Instead, they kept us in the dark and blindsided us with these problems. Breakfast time came and it was only a selection on fried rice or fried noodles. We feel scammed and cheated. I suggest others to avoid this "accommodation" like the plague.

Suitable for my travel purposes due to proximity of where I need to be. Price point was good and reasonable. Staff courteous and friendly.

Lovely rooms, staff we’re helpful and attentive. All the amenities you could want, for the price I paid was well worth the money, Only thing I can complain about was the location, I personally didn’t like Seminyak but that’s just my preference.

Emplacement pour piéton pas adapter personnel non aimable chambre sale, salle de bain sale rouille pas d'eau durant des heures et au lieu de me proposer une autre chambre (car le problème d'eau était unique sur ma chambre) on me propose juste de me laver dans une autre chambre après 1h45 d'attente. Petit déjeuner pas de café pas de thé juste un plat local pas cuit immangeable prépare dans un débarras à l Étage, ( oui en cherchant la salle de restaurant j'ai trouver l employé qui me dit l'apporter dans ma chambre et il me préparer dans une pièce pleine de decombre). Merci au manque de professionnalisme d agoda qui comme l'hôtel refuse de me rembourser en me disant nous proposons juste cet hôtel je suis quand même parti après la première nuit. Bon pour les marcheur je le suis mais là non loin de tous. Travaux collé à la piscine donc aucune possibilité d'intimité ou discrétion inutilisable. On vous propose un verre de bienvenue oui j'ai eu de l eau en insistant. Grosse blatte beaucoup de moustiques. Le lit une horreur arriver en pleine nuit et avec les lampes de chevets sans ampoules et lumières inexistantes je m aperçois le lendemain de cheveux ne m appartient pas de tache jaune pipi de drap gris une horreur. J'ai pris 3 nuit je suis parti après la premier nuit car c'est impossible même sans remboursement. À ne jamais faire pour le même prix je suis beaucoup beaucoup mieux maintenant.

Worse villa I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! If you like living in the zoo, Then this is the Villa for you… lizards the size of cats pooping all over the kitchen every day. Bats and cockroaches and other disgusting on animals running freely. Old, moldy, dirty in general horrible hotel. Would never go back! Would give zero stars if I could!

The booking was made and was tottaly different to what i had booked. Only to be told i had made a cheap booking and the tiny little room they gave me was an upgrade. An upgrade i said, i would like to have the intial roim

Absolutely disgusting, dirty , rude staff, old furnishings, moldy. I don’t recommend at all . Very bad experience. Old and dirty bed sheets . Horrible not unusable swimming pool . Dirty garden with old wooden floor .
