Second time in this hotel. Fantastic service! Buffet breakfast is not the best quality but there is a spread. The free afternoon tea has improved on the taste. Hope to be back next time!

Our inaugural stay in Sanur, Bali, exceeded expectations. Situated by the beach with cafes in close proximity, the hotel's location was superb.
Initially booked for a pool access room, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Ocean View Pool Suite. The room, impeccably clean and beautifully adorned, featured a private pool with captivating views of both the pool area and the beach.
The staff's friendliness and helpfulness, coupled with twice-daily housekeeping checks, ensured our needs were consistently met. Our time here was thoroughly enjoyable, and a return visit is certainly on the horizon

Great for families but maybe too noisy with children around if you are staying for honeymoon or looking for tranquility.

The staff were amazing! From bell service, front desk to housekeeping were outstanding! So kind and helpful! Incredible breakfast buffet. Every time I come to Bali, I will be staying here!

Finally back to one of my favourite hotels in Sanur. As usual, the food spread is good, room is clean, pool is beautiful. The room’s very clean, cleaning service is quick and good. The hotel made some really nice renovations at the beach side of the hotel, including the restaurant. They extended the place such that there’re more seats to lounge and sit facing the beach. The hotel could pay more attention to the pool- there was no one who were cleaning up after the guests who had swam and left and had left litter. Other than that I’m glad Maya Sanur survived and maintained well throughout the pandemic. Will be back.

decent hotel completely not worth money.
for half of this price you can get the same wherever in Bali,
what didn’t work:
- swimming pool/beach - sorry, it feels like swimming pool is size of villa pool not hotel. it’s small, bad, overcowded
- area is so small
- pillows are horrible
- staff is like, ok - go on
what is good
- beach bar - really nice, but hey you can always use others…
- rooms are spacious
