Hevea Villas

Lovely villas, well located in a quiet area, but walking distace to heart of Seminyak and the beach. The two bed villa was very comfortable, with a lovely pool. The staff were all outstanding, Ketut our butler looked after us well and catered for all our needs. Adi our driver was very knowlegdeable and friendly. He took us on a tour of the south, and transported us when we left. I would recomend these villas as a great place to stay in Seminyak.

We stayed at Hevea Villas for 4 nights in November. We were treated like VIPs for our entire stay. Putu was our butler for the 4 days - cooking us a beautiful breakfast each morning. I won’t forget the mushrooms, SO tasty! Another standout memory my sister and I had were the floors, the cleanest we’ve ever stepped on which was a surprise due to the outdoor nature of the main area of our villa. Suci cleaned our rooms, we event asked her what’s her trick! A big thank you as well to Ardita for organising our stay, as well as Adi who was our driver, including taking us to Ubud for the day and picking us up from our other accomodation and dropping us at the airport. Thank you to the guards and other staff we didn’t get to meet. A big thank you to Putu and Suci also! You are fantastic hosts! The villas were beautifully tranquil. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We cannot speak highly enough of Hevea Villas. My husband and I and our 3yr old recently stayed for a week for the second time and as soon as we stepped foot back into our favourite villa, we were instantly relaxed and happy (after travelling overnight with a child and arriving at 3am!). There were fresh juices on arrival and friendly faces to greet us, even at that crazy hour. The villas are always clean and well kept and the lawns and gardens are lush. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating from security to the gardeners (special mention to the lovely Ketut), the butlers and even the manager drops in to give a personal welcome. But the standout for us is our incredible concierge (butler), Ayu, who looks after us for the duration of our stay. She has made our two stays so incredibly pleasant and relaxing and nothing is too much to ask. She is so warm and caring to us and especially with our little boy (& even takes him for a walk around the villas so mum & dad can have their coffee hot!). She helped us book anything we needed, printed and sent important documents for us and helped decorate the villa to throw our son a party for his birthday while we were out. Her attention to detail is amazing & she has absolutely become part of our Bali family. Breakfast is included and freshly prepared by the concierge in your villa kitchen and it is 10/10. The Indonesian breakfast is delicious there is just so much yummy food & fresh fruit. The villas are in a prime position in the heart of Seminyak, but set 200m back so you don’t hear the hustle and bustle at all! There is a Circle K convenience store 30m from the villa and an amazing real coffee shop 150m up the lane! A cruisey 10 minute walk down the lane leads you to Ku De Ta or if you walk parallel on the main drag there’s plenty of restaurants and shopping. We organised a pool fence to be installed ahead of time through Hevea which was no trouble and always good peace of mind when travelling with young kids. We travelled with 2 other families who stayed in other villas in Seminyak and they both were in love with our place and the service. Our private pool is crystal clear and the lawn green and lush with lots of sun & space - even the outdoor bathroom is lovely & filled with plants. The villas are very kid-friendly and there are a few different bedroom/configurations available. As mentioned, breakfast is included and if you don’t feel like cooking anything basic in the full kitchen, any meals can be easily delivered via Gojek or Grab. My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of Hevea Villas - or as our son calls it, Ayu’s House. We will be back for a week in Hevea paradise every time we return to Bali!

A perfect stay for our family. We could not have asked for more! We felt very cared for by all the wondeful people at Hevea. The Villa was perfect for our family and extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again! It was walking distance to lots of great shopping and restsurants. We feel very fortunate for our time there. Thank you everyone at Hevea for helping to create an incredible holiday for our family.

We just got back from a 9 night stay at Hevea - staying in both the 3 bedroom deluxe and 3 bedroom villas (which can adjoin through the gardens). The airport transfers were a breeze and started off our stay fantastically. We had Ketut and Sherly as our butlers who made delicious breakfasts each morning. The omelette is a standout and Ketut makes a mean coffee. They also did such a great job of a daily clean. Ketut was so great with my 18 mo and 7yo - making sure they had their food first. The villas a traditional Balinese style - with an open air lounge. But all bedrooms have excellent air con. The pools are fabulous - great temperature and clean. We had a pool fence on both because of the baby which was no hassle for the staff. Hevea was a beautiful home away from home. So spacious and clean. The service is the standout. From the security to the butlers - everyone knew our names and were so friendly. The location was awesome! A nice quiet alleyway with a Circle K, laundry, spas (both cheap and fancy), and great coffee within 100m. Plus you are a 5 min walk (max) to the Main Street. The staff organised a traditional suckling pig and mixed grill bbq for my husbands 40th, as well as fire dancers - such a special experience and one of the best meals we had all trip. The staff were so beautiful and decorated the villa for the night celebration too. A huge thank you to all the Hevea staff! Would absolutely recommend Hevea to anyone and especially families looking for some extra space.

The staff members were fantastic. Also, we always had an amazing breakfast(home made breakfast) Thanks Angus. I will definitely stay again when I have a chance to travel to Bali I stayed with my family and I am looking forward to staying with my husband next time

Excellent service all round and great experience. We were looked after very well from the moment we were picked from the airport until we’re dropped back airport. Villa and facilities were very well prepared and maintained daily. All staff very welcoming and helpful; amazing people. Villa manager was very committed and assuring throughout our stay. Our butler was amazing, made excellent breakfast daily. Our tour driver was excellent, made us feel very safe and had a lot of local knowledge to share with us. Great place and amazing staff. Such an amazing villa! Staff are super friendly, the complex is safe and guarded by security at all times, the rooms are super clean and the staff are diligent at spraying the place so we had limited encounters with bugs! All the ameneties were great also. Our butler sherly was amazing, preparing breakfast for us each morning. Really no complaints here. Would 100% recommend this to families , friend groups or couples.

If you are looking for quite, calm, clean, tidy and peaceful place to stay then this is the place. We enjoyed our stay so much. In addition, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a minor issue during check-in and we've compensated with an upgrade to a larger villa.
