Friendly staff, nice design, and good food. The staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again

I booked the Yubi Boutique Villas Seminyak - Bali in good faith, trusting the information provided on the Qantas web site. The villa cost was in excess of a $1000 a night. The condition of the accommodation was extremely poor, nothing like the photos. Dirty rooms, Towels were thread bare and frayed, bed linen stained, curtains stained, bathroom doors unable to close (all missing internal hardware & on one of the rooms the door didn't even fit the frame), safe key pad didn't work only had a skeleton key to lock and no safe in master bedroom, pool tiles missing and food appeared to be delivered from off site which was cold and soggy by time arrived. We checked out after one night of four. The only positive thing was the staff, they were friendly and helpful.

Pros - staff were nice. Cons - Villas are dated, bed linen stained, towels frayed, bath mat appeared to be a cut down frayed towel, curtains stained, safe needs a key as pin pad had no batteries installed, safe also not in master room, doors to 2 bathrooms missing internal hardware, so unable to close, Other villa bathroom door didn't fit the frame, so unable close at all. Food I assume is delivered from offsite so fairly soggy and barely warm by the time it arrives. All social media and website photos appear to be staged as what we got was not at all what we were expecting. We stayed only 1 night of our 4 and changed hotels, we were so incredibly disappointed, especially when you consider that we were paying $1000 a night for a 3 bedroom Villa.

Pool was nice to.
Feelt realy privat and when you walk out of villa you had resturants, bars and clubs close by

Large and spacious villa ! Close to key venues. Very clean and pool was attended too daily. As a women
traveling alone. I felt very safe and had complete privacy. I had the opportunity to have a massage and facial, which was relaxing and I would highly recommend. Staff were thoughtful, professional and attended to all my needs. I will return again.

A great stay. The property manager was brilliant and even when there were some unavoidable problems they work quick to rectify and make it a very lovely stay.

This villa was very nice, the front end staff would do anything for you, need some upgrades but they already have these in mind. The location is great for beach shopping and restaurants .
