Great hotel, amazing pool, and a nice ambience.. good breakfast and great service - yes, a bit of glitch with our room arrangement, but they did the best to fix it… recommended for your next Ubud stay.

The staff were kind and accommodating. Breakfast spread was not plenty which is a downgrade for a 5 star. The infinity Pool was a super star.

Nice hotel in Ubud. It’s not in the center of Ubud but not a very long drive away. Great facilities and pool. However, the room assigned for us was next to the street, so it was very noisy with motorcycles and trucks driving by. We requested a room swap and it was much better.

Fantastic resort close to Ubud!
The Westin Ubud resort has the largest and most luxurious pool of any Ubud hotels with panoramic views of the jungle.
The results are very gorgeous photos.
I really liked the breakfast at the hotel. Large buffet ranging from Asian dim sum to European delicacies.
We want to say a big thank you to the receptionist - Miss Vania for her kind heart and beautiful smile.
Next year we will try to return to this tropical oasis of greenery, luxury and peace!

Slightly out of the way of the heart of Ubud.
Would need transport to get around.
Generally disappointed to say a 5* hotel - original room had to be change due to flush system in next door room making enough noise to come through walls. Disappointing sleep first night.
Westin did accommodate with New Room Upgrade and Late Check Out.
Restaurants and Pool are great!

Beautiful hotel with nice pool area. The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was more than perfect.
