Montigo Resorts Seminyak

The resort is in a very good location, right beside potato head beach club & 10-15mins walk to seminyak village. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, a true Balinese hospitality. We also did a day spa at the wellness centre, massage was great too!

Arrived late at night & stayed for only a night, however, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable! The breakfast spread was decent. I didn't use any of the facilities. Hotel was in a good location. Lots of eateries, marts and potato head was just beside! 10/10 would stay here again!

Excellent little resort in Seminyak. There's a convenience store right across the street, along with an affordable spa. Best part is the fact that it's literally 3 minutes from potato head. Breakfast was excellent, was not expecting that to be a good, but it was. Service was awesome. Very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Walking distance to lots of shops, spas and very good restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very attentive and a sincere happy attitude to assist guests with queries and to check in/out. Breakfast was also a good spread with lots of western breakfast options on top of the local or Asian choices. All together very relaxing experience and great value for the price

One thing I don’t like about Bali is their hotel check in time.i had to wait until 3pm to get to my room. Other than that everything was fine😀😀😀. Stuff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to some noisy places though. There was a bar/club close by it was very loud 😒. Not the hotel’s fault though, but if you don’t like the noise then request a different room .

Omg this is amazing resort and room is nice, I’ll be back again!! Breakfast and pool I totally enjoyed it!!

Hotel accommodated to our request and we managed to get a King Bed. Room was clean, tidy and spacious!

I booked two nights with Montigo Resort Kuta since it is near the airport. I have paid more than IDN 2million for one night. After I checked in with my children, the hotel condition was so terrible, dirty towels, ants on the table and floor , holds the sofa cover, and unknown disgusting things sticky on the bed skirt. I have stayed for one night due to already checked in and immediately run away to another hotel in the following morning because our skin appeared some of rashes. I asked the hotel to refund me at least one night charge. But they refused. They are not willing to refund they as per policy was not approved. It's really unfair to the consumer, because the Montigo resort room fee is so expensive and didn't perform as a high standard, clean hotel. Really terrible for conditions and hygiene. By right, the hotel's attitude is so arrogant and unreasonable. As a consumer , I have already completed my duty , I have made full payment , as a hotel , service supplier , you have to provide me equivalent. If hotel misconducted,you should refund me the compensation without doubt. So if your hotel is all like this, where is the reputation of the hospitality industry in Bali? This Trip platform hasn’t take the responsibility to protect the consumers right as well. Sucks experience with trip and this Montigo resort!

Super conveniently located right next to potato head. Access to the beach is also a shirt 5min walk away. Clubs like shishi and ruby are a stone throw away as well. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and rooms are decently sized
