Awful, damp room, paint missing in places, curtains mouldy, bedding smells, sink leaks, door locks with a massive gap so didn’t feel safe to leave anything of value in the room. The bin was emptied but came back dirty, teacups were wash out but still stained with tea on the outside. Not great for an asthmatic, was told no other rooms available to change, paid for a week but only stayed for 3 nights.

The property is in good condition and at good location and the staff are good delicious breakfast

I really loved the property - good location, lovely staff, in a nice area. The only downside was not having a minibar inside the room.

Staff were welcoming, swimming pool was nice and breakfast was a lovely addition. However, the mould in the bedroom was unbelievable. It felt unsafe to sleep in the room as it was all over the walls and bathroom. There were huge holes in the ceiling which let in a couple lizards and cockroaches. They should update the rooms and then all would be great !

Worst accomodation we had during our Bali trip. Rooms are full of mould and smell accordingly. Towels and linen dirty. As we checked out directly after one night (had to pay for two) the accomodation canceled our entire booking on ***********. Therefore we are not able to post a review there. This also happened to other guests and explains the good reviews on *********** which do not reflect the bad conditon of the rooms. Do not get fooled by this accomodation and spend your money elsewhere

This is a gorgeous homestay with everything you need to enjoy a week in Ubud. It’s very central and like the name is hidden away so also incredibly quiet. There’s probably 10 rooms most with a view of the tranquil pool. Everything is clean and the staff could not be more helpful. The owner Mare (sorry if the spelling is wrong) is a legend and super proud of having guests in his large property. His wife and children are gorgeous and polite and there’s a number of very cute dogs. The omelette for breakfast is my pick it was delicious everyday. For a homestay at these prices it represents fantastic value for money in Ubud. I will be back!

Conveniently located in downtown Ubud. The room was spacious and clean. Internet wasn't the best. Breakfast was decent. There's a lot of noise from pets and kids as it's a homestay.

We booked a room with 2 beds but when we arrived they gave us a room with 1 small bed instead. We asked to be mived to a 2 bedd room and they said they didnt have one. So we asked to rent an additional room and they didnt have any of those either. We promptly got a refund and did not stay at this location.

Beautiful property, centrally located, staff very attentive, overall it’s a great place to stay
