Good villa to stay, nice atmosphere and excellent service

Had a wonderful stay experience in this beautiful villa, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Dwi Front Office, variety foods were delicious and the top notch of our stay is the quietness and the homey feeling inside this villa was amazing, definetely will return soon

There is a construction site nearby the villa, please think twice before you book this villas as the fitting out work started from 8am and staff have nothing to do for this influence to us.
The shower head was damaged and no conditioner was provided in room.
Breakfast taste good and the private pool is clean.
Insufficient manpower at reception, we had been disturbed by phone call or other customer during the face conversation with staff.
The overall experience here is not good, we may have better choice with the same price in Bali.

Room was well maintained and equipped. Room is clean and stated amenities were provided. Equipments like aircon tv were all functioning well. Not sure why there was a disclaimer for hot water but we did have hot water throughout the day and late into the night
Service was great. Staff were extremely friendly and made sure to check in on your needs and request.

Top notch hotel. Location is good however there is nothing around the surrounding. Overall still a wonderful villa to stay.

I had an amazing time. The staff is very friendly they offer great breakfast. And the Villa is clean and you can operate the room with Alexa which is just perfect.

The service is great. Breakfast taste good. Pool is clean. The hot tub is just perfect. Amazing staff. Room super clean with complete amenities, they have microwave and complete eating utensils too in the room.
