Grand Ixora Kuta Resort

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and overall it was a very good hotel. The staff at the front desk was very kind and even though I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, I was able to get into my room. At check-in, you will be given a Wi-Fi password and a welcome drink ticket. Welcome drinks can be enjoyed at the hotel restaurant or at the poolside bar. I stayed in a superior room, and when I made the reservation, I was able to request whether I wanted one double bed or two single beds, and I got a room with a double bed as I requested. The inside of the room was very clean, and the green-based interior was very cute. The view from the window was also beautiful. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and you can go to the big shopping malls Lippo Mall Kuta in 2 minutes walk and Discovery Mall Bali in 8 minutes walk, so you will never get bored. Passing through Discovery Mall Bali, you can access the coast. I recommend enjoying the sunset there. Even if the weather is bad, the hotel has a restaurant, pool, bar, and spa, as well as room service for light meals, so you can spend your time just inside the hotel. If you are staying in Kuta for sightseeing purposes, please use this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Ixora Hotel, especially for my last two nights in Bali due to its convenient location just 10 minutes from the airport. The buffet breakfast was average but covered all the basics and varied daily. The small pool was a lovely area to unwind, and I appreciated the short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, and I noticed water leaking under the shower door, making the floor quite wet. Additionally, there was some dust and cobwebs under the bed, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival. Despite these issues, I would stay here again for the overall experience.

The location is perfectly located near the airport intersection. With Bali traffic, this cuts a lot of travel time. Food, bars and massage options were available just around the hotel vicinity. Lobby was very open with great air circulation. Pool is small but just right for all.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Grand Ixora Resort Hotel once we were put into the room that i requested, we were both very comfortable, and the room was large and clean . The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food for breakfast was nice and there was always a variety of things you could have . I would suggest if they kept breakfast open to 10.30 am extra 30mins because not every day you have to get up early when you are on vacation. Also, it would have been nice if you could get more than just beer when you are by the pool , cocktails, and more variety of alcohol drinks. I enjoyed the different things each morning, Bali Dancing- Cooking, making the offerings for praying to the Gods, I noticed this only my second week after breakfast. I think they should leave information about these activities on flyers in the rooms of guests, i also suggested that holding swimming lessons for guests would be a good idea , as i noticed alot if the guests could not swim and i am sure they would like to learn . The pool is perfect for people who can't swim as it's not deep. You can stand in it . Oversll I will be back again the cost was good and the location it is 10 / 15 mins to the airport. Hotel was still good for stay with city view
