My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights in Bali Ginger Suites, it was a great experience. We loved how accommodating the staff are, the cute and serene ambience of the area. It’s close to everything and we were also happy with our vegan breakfast. Thanks.

This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect - close to the centre of Ubud - a nice peaceful walk through rice fields passing cute little restaurants and cafes, or a fun scooter ride provided by the hotel (my 13 year old loved this so so much!) Amazing service by really lovely staff. We loved how the hotel was run through WhatsApp, so just sending a friendly message to the front desk for any questions or to ask for a ride into town was so quick! Breakfast was also amazing 🥰 We just loved everything about our stay.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of seminyak. The location and the staff are perfect and the pool is amazing. From the day we arrived the staff looked after us nothing was to much trouble. I would call out Rama who is an asset to the hotel his customer service skills are fabulous. From recommending places to eat to organising a private tour the staff just got it. We had a minor maintenance issue in our room, we mentioned to the staff and it was fixed the next day. The service is something you would expect from a much more expensive hotel. The pool was amazing we used it extensively.

Our group had such a memorable ten night stay at the Bali Ginger suites. Situated at the end of a quiet lane in the heart of Seminyak, this boutique Hotel ticks all the right boxes. The poolside rooms we stayed in were all beautifully decorated, comfortable and so relaxing with an inviting crystal clear pool at your doorstep. The location is perfect with so many shops, day spas, restaurants, bars and clubs all just a stroll down the lane and Seminyak beach within a ten minute walk. The ever smiling cafe, housekeeping and office staff are all so helpful in everything from arranging airport transfers, delivering cooked breakfasts and hot cappuccinos to our rooms, hiring an English speaking driver and even typing up day tour itineraries for our group. It’s a Happy positive place and one we will certainly return to on our next trip to Bali.

The bed was large but a bit unconfortable. The breakfast was included in our price and was good, but we had a misunderstood with the staff, Who did not understand english very good. The pool is ok but a bit small, a woman fell Down at it. The room was quite good.

Excellent villa! Stayed 4 days with my family. Very clean, excellent decoration, spacious villa, super breakfast served at our villa in a preagreed time! Less than 10' walking to Seninyak beach. They even arranged for us massage at the villa. The staff was very helpful and polite. We will revisit the place it was a great experience.

Everything about this place was excellent. Special mention to Dina, for the trouble she took in sorting out the fact that I'd somehow booked dates for 2025. Great location Great breakfasts Fabulous rooms. Central location, easy to get to various places. DEFINITELY wasn't noisy.. And we're both light sleepers.

Cozy villas in nice settings in the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to the beach and heaps of good restaurants nearby. The staff were super attentive at all times and even helped us confirm flight details the day before we left We'd happily return in the future.

The staff is incredibly welcoming, the service excellent, good breakfast and good location. The pool looks bigger on the pictures, though. Also bathroom open to the outside is not to everybody's liking. But other than this, nice stay overall.
