the environment at alaya resort ubud is very good, people there are very friendly. the spa area is better than alot of spa outside. very recommended for a family. The rooms are big, but the lights are a little dark. alaya front desk is just in front of the road, but the hotel is very deep inside and the staff are super friendly.

We stayed at Alaya Ubud for 5 days. Location was excellent, situated in the middle of downtown Ubud. Room was as advertised and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the service and food at the resort.
Staff really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed the best service during our stay.

I loved every single moment of my stay here! The room was beautiful and spacious, the service was great, the resort was wonderful and the food was delicious. The location is in the middle of ibid center where it is noisy but I liked it non the less.I booked my room two months prior with a good deal. I forgot my passport and wallet when I left and they contacted me and sent it to my other hotel with one of their staff to deliver personally to me 🙏🏻 I am very happy with my stay here and I would visit again for sure. Thank you

This resort is a very beautiful resort, well kept, very clean, beautiful surroundings, perfect location, fantastic services, friendly and wonderful staffs, very considerate with our requests, kids friendly, lovely spa, gorgeous pool, sumptuous breakfast.. Will definitely come back..!

This place is stunning and the staff are amazing. A free afternoon tea doesn't go amiss. Some rooms have baths which is a nice addition. Location is good near to Monkey forest and Coco.

Excellent central location in Ubud, suite rooms are very comfortable. PISON Restaurant has delicious food.

OH MY GOSH!!! We both love this hotel!!! This was the first time i stayed in Ubud area because i was looking for a 2 days retreat, no shopping, no going out. Just stayed in the hotel to relax. I booked the Alaya room and was satisfied with my choice and the help of the reservation department so that i was given the paddy field view.
The only minus was the air conditioning was not as cold as expected, i supposed it needs some service. But that was just very minor that i didn't make any complaint.
The bed was sooo oohh comfortable, but the pillows were a bit bulky and thick.
The balcony was friendly to us. Since we webt there when it was the last week of liw season, we got a really nice quiet, and minimal guests in the hotel area. My room was in building 1 and it was excellent!!
All staffs were wonderful, very helpful and very polite.
I couldn't say more to express my satisfactions and gratitutes to all of you, but i can only let you know that the next time i m coming to stay in Ubud, ALAYA will be my number 1 choice!!
