Ótima localização.
Café da manhã bom.
A maioria dos funcionários bem educada. Apenas uma funcionária, durante o café da manhã, foi um pouco grossa quando fizemos um questionamento sobre o funcionamento da torradeira.
No mais, hotel limpo, quarto bom, roupas de cama limpas.
Não foi algo que nos incomodou, pois saímos do hotel quase no horário do check out (meio dia). Fica apenas como sugestão à gerência. As funcionárias estavam limpando os carpês do chão com um aspirador de pó extremamente barulhento. Acredito que os demais hóspedes possam ter se incomodado, então sugiro que revejam os horários para esse serviço, ou comprem um aspirador de pó mais silencioso.

É um bom hotel com boa localização.
Pontos positivos:
Piscina aquecida ótima e relaxante, com hidro.
Café da manhã excelente.
Educação e cortesia dos funcionários.
Garrafa de água mineral no quarto de cortesia (parabéns pela iniciativa)
Pontos negativos
Colchão estava mole, hora de trocar.
Piso laminado com rebarbas precisa de manutenção. Risco de tropeçar.
Internet ruim. Sinal fraco.
Ar condicionado de janela.

The staff were all very welcoming, warm and professional. There are many great places to eat nearby. It was a great location and good value for the money.

The hotel is very clean, had an excellent buffet breakfast. We got an early check in and late checkout as promised. It is very close to the beach and the downtown shopping. The hotel restaurant has a good lunch buffet.

The location, excellent breakfast, indoor pool, very professional and friendly staff, and affordable price. I did not like the noise anytime at night in the sorrounded rooms and the biting in my foot by probably mites and small biting flies.

The receptionists can’t speak English, my room is tiny. Bathroom is small. Only standing shower. No place to put my toothbrush, hairspray, hair gel. My room is only enough for our bed. I hit my suitcase when I go to the bathroom sometimes. Please don’t call VIP this hotel… I was do exciting and I will have a nice trip, but the hotel made me disappointed.
