酒店位於downtown，方便出行，入住總體體驗還不錯。

I like this property the only thing I didnt like is that they will charge you 35$ for 1 hr early check in. Most hotels just let you check in early if its inly an hr. I can see if I was asking to check in 4 hrs early but 45 min to and hr if the room is readybthey should just let you check in.

A well-maintained shadow of its former glory, a mixture of grandeur (nice room and lobby) and age (4 minutes to get warm-enough water in shower on the 12th floor). Good value overall.

The hotel is nice. The bar restaurant was nice very nice bar tender been there 23 years. The two ladies that worked in the cafe were outstandingly friendly. The front desk staff seemed angry. The valet was excellent and friendly

I liked the hotel room which is in good conditions. However the service was the worst among the hotels I stayed. Because of the jet lag, I usually slept in the mornings with “do not disturb” sign. In the afternoons, I removed the sign or had sign of “service is needed”, but the room never got cleaned during the six days of staying. I had to call the front desk for cleaning and waited for about one hour for the only cleaning I had during the stay. This is so terrible.

Really enjoyed this beautiful historic hotel. All the staff were fantastic! Great valet-bell hop and cafe! Nice rooms but a bit too warm for our preference- hotel does not have good individual room controls due to the historic nature

Very clean and safe area, only problem is they placed me next to a service elevator and it was being used constantly. Caused me to lose sleep but overall good.

We love staying in historic hotels, and this one is beautiful. My only suggestion would be to update the tile surroundings the shower with historically accurate tile.
