The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore

I choose this hotel for the location as it was convenient for my daughter’s prom send off. I loved the idea of taking memorable photos on the grand staircase in the lobby. I was later informed the use of the stairs was not allowed (for free). While this left a bad taste, It didn’t take away from the experience. The staff was professional and kind. The room was very clean; crisp clean sheets and nice soft fluffed pillows. I would absolutely stay here again without a doubt.

Excellent location right by the water. Perfect for going for an evening run. Staff very friendly when I checked in and then asks them a few questions about the local area. Very large room. No view just a courtyard lobby. The hotel is a little old which does not bother me but still very clean and felt well maintained. I would happily stay here again if in Baltimore. I did not eat at the hotel.

Everything was clean fresh and beautiful loved that we were by the water and near restaurants and things to do..the staff was great nice and friendly checking in was a breeze,I also loved that housekeeping stocked extra towels and wash cloths so we didn’t have to ask for anything,love the pool hours as well so it gave us time to enjoy that as well! My husband and I booked this to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and we will definitely be back P.s free parking was the icing on the cake lol

My wife and I arrived to our 4:00 pm check-in and our room wasn't ready until 5:30 pm. We where late for our 6:00 pm reservation.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

地段一流，我們兩個家庭是為了獨立日看焰火專門訂的海景房，果然看到了。港灣的燈火映襯着五彩的煙花，躺在床上看着電視直播各地的煙花秀，這個瞬間值回一切。很難忘的經歷。

酒店裝修老舊，房屋設施也比較老舊。酒店位置優越，出門過馬路就是內港。給辦入住的前台服務員帶有種族歧視，辦理入住手續及諮詢問題，基本不抬頭看你，回答很冷漠，顯得很傲慢。

比較陳舊，而且衞生情況不太好
