We are travelling, by road, long distance with our 2 fur babies. So this out of city resort in the lap of nature had a calming and relaxing effect not only to them but to us too. Loved the rustic ambience. Hot water, ac, simple good veg food, comfortable room, chair swing in the lovely sit out. Loved the concept on no tv. Maybe i'm old school. Starry night ! bright and shiny ! we saw so many stars, right from top to horizon ! lovely sunrise too. My fur babies had ample space to walk and exercise and they loved it ! staff is very pleasant. Overall we loved the stay. Thanks a lot aravalli trails

Services are too good.. Very kind staff and food was also nice... Such a fantastic place for family, friends nd couples.. Pool side and setting area was good... Safety tools are also in pool and I like that... Horse riding is also nice...Must visit ✌

Today date is 30/06/24. We booked 6 rooms before 7 days & our check in time was 11.00 am but we reached at 6.30 pm. We called them earlier that we require clean rooms & toilet. But when we reached the property, we got the rooms too dirty & dusty. Approch is also not good. Very poor property, too many lizards in rooms & in toilet also too dirty. AC didn't work till midnight 1.00 in two rooms. Even online payment they are not providing Invoice. Receptionist & Owner Mr. Joshi did misbehave with us. When we asked for Invoice they told us to pay before after they will provide Invoice but after 7 hours we didn't get Invoice. I will never recommend about this property. Food quality is ok but service is too slow even they don't have sufficient chairs.

No heater working / warm water, no professional staff, no food quality, flush was not working, no dental kit, bad experience

Fantastic location and food. Good services. Seemed to be understaffed at times. Nice and clean rooms.

There is a big communication gap between the staff and the manager. The manager or higher authority was not available during our stay. After requesting Swaminarayan food in advance it was never ready. There is no one to listen your problem.
